"This place is a little hidden on the second floor of its plaza, but my bf and I highly recommend checking them out! We were pleasantly surprised by our entire order here. Everything tasted very fresh, and the portions were really generous! First up is the Cherry Blossom, which is as refreshing as it is aesthetic! This comes with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, avocado, spicy sprout, jalapeño rolled in cucumber, all on a bed of ponzu sauce. We could not stop eating this one LOL We also had the crispy calamari, which was deep fried buttered squid marinated with chili paste and garlic, paired with a creamy cilantro mayo sauce. This calamari was so flavorful, it was nothing like any fried calamari we've had before for sure! Our next dish was the escolar nigiri, which was really fresh and melts in your mouth Then came the seared salmon roll, which is a snow crab mix, cucumber, avocado, seaweed and rice with seared salmon and tobiko, topped with spicy mayo and eel sauce. This was also flavorful and so addicting! The tiger roll was very impressive, the cuts of fish were SOO thick and fresh, definitely craving this again. It comes with spicy salmon and avocado rolled in seaweed and rice, topped with tuna, salmon, and eel with drizzles of eel sauce Lastly, we got the handrail combo, which came in a set of 3 handrolls (salmon and avocado, spicy tuna, and shrimp tempura). This was also so beautiful and fresh We left this place so completely full but definitely wanting to come back already to try even more items off their menu! It's a pricier sushi experience, but the quality is definitely worth it. And so is their outdoor seating on the balcony area!"
