"I recently tried Chulo Restaurant Bar after finding a discount coupon on Grubhub, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Despite being a meat lover, I decided to try the vegetarian option of the Royal Chulo Khaja Set for $15.99. The set included four tupperwares of dishes and three smaller containers with sides. The vegetable curry was packed with cauliflower, peas, carrots, and possibly potatoes and broccoli, all cooked in a flavorful curry. The aloo tama soup with black-eyed peas was thin but full of flavor, and paired well with the crispy beaten rice. The black chickpea curry was tasty but a bit spicy for my liking. The basic salad provided a refreshing break from the spicier dishes, while the roasted soybeans and peanuts offered a strong, spicy crunch. The Aachar, a mixed pickled veggie paste, balanced out the flavors of the meal. Overall, the variety of dishes provided great value for the price, although I wish there was an option for plain rice in addition to the beaten rice. Some dishes were spicier than expected, but the overall flavor was delicious. I would give it 4/5 stars."
