"Delicious! We celebrated our grandmother's 90th birthday during a family trip, and the bakery was instrumental in making the day memorable with a stunning cake. Janice truly exceeded our expectations by crafting something extraordinary for our family. The cake was not only delicious, but their skill is also apparent in all their offerings. We delighted in the assortment of croissants, rumballs, bakery bread, and tarts. We felt fortunate to experience a traditional family-owned bakery during our travels. It's a genuine treasure to have a homemade shop like Bon Appetite Bakery still flourishing."

"Atrium Cafe is a great edition to the I st corridor, the food was great I love the spicy chicken wraps with the fries. The service was on point and worth the tips in the tip mug. The atmosphere was like a cool, hip environment where everyone looks hungry and friendly and speaks to each other. Definitely worth another trip."

"This little gem has the largest selection of magazines on the north west side. There is a book nook in the back where I found a gift for a friend who is a bit difficult to shop for. On the walls you can find art work for sale. Many books available about Chicago. There is a cafe with a variety of hot and cold beverages as well as pastries for sale. Seating is set up inside the cute cafe or outside for fresh air and covid social distancing protocols. 9/26 masks are required and counters were wiped down after customers."

"We wanted to love this beautiful restaurant so very much. It seats only a handful of tables and faces large glass windows into the production area of the bakery. Although they do offer vegan options, which we appreciate, the offerings we very bland. We ordered the red and green chile breakfast burrito, chilaquiles, all made with organic tofu and breakfast potatoes. The chile was bland, tofu flavorless and not seasoned at all, the food was barely warm. They do have soy milk for coffee drinks, no baked goods that are vegan at all. The prices did not match the quality of what we were served. The staff is helpful and friendly and guided us to the vegan options. In a warehouse district, a bit challenging to find. There are better options for breakfast in Santa Fe."

"The older gentleman is was bothered to get me 3 small things of ketchup. My bun was not gluten free as it said it was and for a $15 burger I only got a couple small pieces of onion and the smallest slithers of pickles possible and yet still charged me extra. It comes with maybe 9 fries. I ordered a basket of the chips and they are brown and so hard. If you are looking for good burgers Citizen Burger in Charlottesville is worth the $15. My children won?t even eat them. The customer service here blows and the owner must be cheap. A waste of $30 on a meal that would?ve been better from McDonald?s or Burger King. I have been serving for 7 years and every time I am shocked by the carelessness but this time I won?t be returning."

"True gem in the times of AI-generated realityThough history of this local bakery with baklava, cupcakes and cakes rule this place.Regal display of different cakes rule the window display and you cannot be mistaken about identity of this shop.Always busy, always crowded, bustling with local crowds Mia’s Brooklyn Bakery offers amazing selection of cupcakes, cakes, tarts, pastries and even gelato.Amazing choice means even when you choose out of 10 tastes of gelato, you still have to choose from five types of cones (birthday cakes, dark chocolate, purple lavender, black midnight vanilla or red velvet). This puts its on the level with any local taqueria in Oaxaca, which can offer up to 120 variants of tacos. But we are talking about sweets, right? 20 types of cupcakes, and dozens and dozens of other pastries. They pack it very neatly in carton boxes, no cheap plastic boxes.Ok. Where do you it eat? They have tables and they have amazing hidden garden in the backyard. It is shaded, it is calm and perfect for a cup of tea. Or coffee! Can you imagine that most expensive coffee to go will be less than $4? Come one. Check this place out!"

"This mall used to be a vibrant shopping destination many years ago, but now it has deteriorated significantly. Despite its small size and limited options, we decided to visit as it was convenient to our destination. We were disappointed to find many stores closed earlier than the mall's closing hours. Only a few stores remained open, including an anchor store and a second-hand shop. However, we were able to visit Hot Topic and Spencer's, although they were small. We had wanted to try Billy Goat in the food court, but it was closed. Ultimately, we settled on Cilantro Taco Grill for a meal and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious tacos. While the mall was underwhelming, we found a few bright spots in our visit."

"My fiancé and I had a wedding cake tasting appointment, but unfortunately there was a mix-up with the schedule and the person in charge of cakes was not available when we arrived. We were told to come back the following week at the same time, only to encounter the same issue again. It was frustrating as I had to take time off work in Missouri to make the trip. Making one mistake is understandable, but repeating it shows laziness and lack of attention. If you value your time, I recommend looking elsewhere for your wedding cake."

"After chatting with the owner, I learned that the café has been open for about a year. I visited on a weekday afternoon with a fellow dosa enthusiast. They offer a variety of vegetarian and meat options, with the meat sourced responsibly, ensuring it's halal-friendly for Muslim diners. I ordered the Pepper Chicken Dosa (medium spicy) for $8.29, while my friend opted for the Chicken Tikka Dosa (mild), also priced at $8.29. Our dosas came with two chutneys and a small bowl of corma. The owner informed me that if a vegetarian dosa is ordered, it would be served with a small bowl of Sambar instead. The dosas were rolled more like a sandwich wrap than the traditional style I’m used to, but I actually appreciated the change. The Pepper Chicken Dosa had a significant kick, and in hindsight, I wish I had gone for the milder Chicken Tikka Dosa. Normally, I can finish a dosa in one sitting, but I found myself quite full after just half of mine. Overall, considering the quality and price, Hot Breads is definitely a winner. I plan to return to explore more items on their menu. My friend also tried two croissants: one filled with chicken and the other with goat. She enjoyed them but cautioned against heating them too long, as they can get greasy. Recommendations: - Chicken Tikka Dosa for $8.29 Pros: - Private parking - Unique Indian bakery offering a wide variety of options Cons: - None!"

"The bakery cookies were delightful, and our favorite was the almond cookie. However, when we walked in, the owner/manager loudly yelled the menu at us from across the bakery, which was a bit off-putting. I specifically came for the patizzis, but I was really let down by the meat one. If you're familiar with traditional meat and cheese patizzis, you'd definitely find this one disappointing; the filling tasted more like Jamaican patty meat. After eagerly waiting to try them, I couldn't help but feel let down. When I asked to heat a few up, they were completely cold inside. The manager seemed disorganized and the area around the counter felt chaotic, which was overwhelming."

"A wholesale bakery that has a retail front for meals! I'll be reviewing that portion of Jackie's bakery since I've never had the need to order 30 muffins at once. Wait 4/5: Usually when I come here for lunch(12p-3p) there's no line, and when there is its usually only two people in front of me picking up orders they called ahead of time. Most of the time if I'm waiting its cause they're finishing up an order I had called earlier for. Parking 2/5: The street that Jackie's Bakery is on is usually packed with cars parked on the sidewalk. There is a lot to park at but its usually really full. Jackie's does have like 2 or 3 parking spots in front of the store. Service 5/5: There's only one person managing the store front, and every time I pick up she's very nice and always tells me to have a nice day! Also one time I needed to know how many calories one of their dressings were and she gladly helped me out! So far haven't had any bad experiences regarded customer service. Food 4/5: Jackie's Bakery has consistent menu items like sandwiches and salads. They also have croissants to the left of the register and cute desserts in the glass to the right of the register. They have drink made in store and a couple sodas. My go to is the Jackie's citrus salad with chicken. This one comes with spinach, mandarin oranges, avocado, baby tomatoes, chicken and a raspberry dressing. I usually get this since it seems on the low calorie side. The salad is fresh and filling. Unfortunately there's no nutrition facts for any of the meals sold at Jackie's bakery, so I took the liberty and dissected each part of the salad at home lol. Also the portions are a little different each time, so i end up estimating around 450 calories if you were to eat the whole thing including dressing. Overall: If you're looking for already prepared sandwiches and salads I recommend calling ahead and picking up! They also have daily specials that change throughout the week, and you can find these by checking their website or calling in."

"I tried the cheesesteak because, for some inexplicable reason, I've struggled to find a good cheesesteak nearby. Why is it so hard to season the meat properly? Thankfully, the team at Jefferson Market understands this, and I finally found the place to satisfy my craving. I'm not sure if they seasoned the meat or if it absorbed residual flavors from the griddle, but honestly, I don't care. Each bite was a delight with a perfect blend of beef, peppers, onions, and mushrooms cheering me on. Don’t think I’m giving them five stars based on just one sandwich — I also had a sizable bite of my wife’s chicken cutlet sandwich, which was equally tasty. While the chicken didn’t quite taste like a homemade cutlet, it was fried to perfection and quite enjoyable. I’ve tried my share of frozen cutlets, and I can confidently say this one was among the best. Overall, despite my disappointment that the fries didn't make it home hot, I have to give credit where it’s due. I'll definitely be ordering more sandwiches from here, and I hope I never need to change this review. Buon Appetito!"
