"I called to order three chicken wings, chicken fried rice, and a chicken egg roll. When I got home and started eating the egg roll, I discovered it contained a whole shrimp! I have a severe seafood allergy, but fortunately, I had my epiPen nearby. I called the restaurant to inform them, and the woman on the phone said they don’t sell chicken egg rolls. I explained that I was never told that; I specifically asked for a chicken egg roll, and the person who took my order didn’t mention anything about only having shrimp egg rolls. I understand that this is a busy establishment and they want to serve as many customers as possible in a short time, but it wouldn’t hurt to actually listen to customers and confirm the order details to ensure everyone is on the same page. This situation could have turned out much worse! Personally, I won’t be returning."
