Chicken Shack - Menu

Why don't they put butter on the potatoes anymore? This is the second consecutive time I've received them without any butter.

I placed my order online, and when I arrived to pick it up, everything was just as I had requested. Once I returned to the office, I found that all the food was hot and delicious.

The food is fresh, but be prepared to wait a while in the drive-thru for pick up. It may take longer than your typical fast food restaurant, but it's a small price to pay for the deliciousness of fresh and hot food! View menu

Chicken has always been cooked with perfection from Irving every time we visited this establishment. We've been coming here for over 12 yrs to date. The workers are friendly and polite, and we're grateful for the great service.

The food at Chicken Shack is consistently delicious. I highly recommend it. However, it seems that the snack bites have been altered recently, particularly the breading. I preferred the previous version and hope they will revert back to it.

First off when I called, I got Krystal on the phone. She was as sweet as apple pie. Just one of the nicest customer service exchanges I've had in a while. I hadn't been in a Chicken Shack forever. I was very happy and surprised at the additions and changes to their menu. For example Crunchy Chicken is a lightly fried/broasted take on regular fried chicken. Delicious. The fries are really good ... Not the untasty kind one gets at other fast food places. The prices are very fair especially nowadays. I will go back for their lunch menu next time. It looks really good.

The staff at this restaurant are polite and friendly. The chicken is consistently hot, fresh, and deliciously crispy. The potatoes are covered in a delectable butter sauce that is bursting with flavor. I wish I could own my own Chicken Shack because the food is so good that it practically sells itself, and I could eat chicken every day. I want to express my gratitude to Eva and Jessica for creating the best chicken in Michigan. You both are amazing!

Chicken Shack has been a classic in my family for decades. You were always pumped when you got to a family party and there was chicken shack catered. But over the past 5 years the shack has slowly become mid. I could usually make a regular 4 piece dinner into two meals just due to the size of the breast, last time I ate the whole thing because the pieces were so incredibly small, and the breast for the first time in my life was tough and overcooked.
