"This diner is terrible. The management said they charged my card 3 times and then said my card kept declining. I was confused but ended up having a friend pay for my end of the order. Then I see that my account was charged for the meal after a few hours later. I call my bank and they said my card was charged 7 times prior to it being charged on my account, the place literally stole from me."

"Was browsing Happy Cow during a snack at Chez Elle across the street and saw that BBB was in there so we decided to try it for dinner. I didn't actually check HC to see what exactly was vegan so I just looked at the menu. After talking to the server she asked about the vegan option that was under the Catfish and apparently it's cajun (blackened) tofu over dirty rice with green beans and an aioli made with vegenaiseThe tofu was absolutely delicious and it was cut thin so it got crispy (my favorite). It's about $4-5 less (think the catfish is $21) if you sub tofu. It was delicious and I really enjoyed it. It's a bit overpriced so that's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars, won't come back unless were in the area of Chez Elle but a good option if we are in the area."

"The real home of all waffles! Louie’s Waffle House is extremely attentive to detail from little signs on the jelly/jam, overall decor, and their delicious food presentation. It is clear that there is a high level of care placed on providing the best customer experience. Special recognition to our great bilingual (Spanish/English) sever, Larissa. If you like waffles and delicious yet affordable breakfast and lunch food —get here and get here fast! In honor of the family’s dog, Zeus I really hope Louie’s can add a dog friendly dining area during the warmer days. Overall fantastic experience and delicious food, thank you."

"Went for brunch wanted steak and eggs however they were out of steak by 1pm. I ordered the fish and grits it had some sort of tomato base on top, flavor a little different than what I'm familiar to in Charleston area. I was given a slices of corn bread that shouldn't have been served. The corn bread looked as if someone had broken the top completely off. It should have never left the back of the house. I didn't mentioned it to the server because I strongly felt it shouldn't have made it to the customer, it was so disappointing. We usually enjoy ourselves at Rose's just minor hiccups today. The customer service was great."

"Donatello's Pizza, is a really nice pizza place. Its slightly crunchy, not greasy delicious pizza. With many variety's of sizes. No lacking amount of cheese, perfect amount of sauce and there's a large arcade connected to the building, perfect for birthday party's. This is a 9/10 but would be a 10/10 If I didn't know I would be trying other pizza in the future. There's a bonus the pizza is great tasting a day or two after cooked. Cold, Warm, Hot It doesn't matter this Pizza is good! The bread sticks and Chicken wings are second rate though. And is why I am giving a 4 star. Service is fast and employee's are friendly. (8.5/10) Worth the price!"

"I would like to think Timothy, the regional manager, for calling me and resolving or helping me with the problem. and to let me know it was not their company. but the third party company who tried to take my money. so, for that, I would like to thank him for his help and responding in a timely manner. I will change my review. But I would like to leave this other part up to help someone else in need. But a big thank you to Timothy, that's how you handle customer service for the people and your company. A place to order on Uber Eats I had to cancel the order because this place was too far for what I needed it for are power was out we just needed food quickly but instead of them maybe taken out a small fee they wanted to charge me the whole amount of my order which I cancel within 5 minutes not enough time for any food to go on the grill especially if you are a popular restaurant I'm disappointed in them not even refunding me any of my money back so at this point this is fraud to your customers you could have told me you couldn't cancel my order and sent me the food but to charge me $30 for nothing fraud"

"I had heard so many wonderful things about this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. When I arrived for my reservation, the restaurant was locked and closed. I waited for 15 minutes, thinking I might be the first booking and they were just running late. Eventually, someone showed up and unlocked the door. I inquired about my reservation, and they assured me they would check on it, but they never returned. This was incredibly disappointing and extremely unprofessional. How can you take reservations when you're not even at the restaurant?"

"More people need to know this is not your run of the meal BBQ spot. It has a southern down home flair with added upscale dishes. My second time to go there last night. Fried Green BBQ tomatoes with there smoked Gouda pimento cheese are to die for. If you just want the regular BBQ fair, it is excellent as well.
