"My family—consisting of two kids, my husband, and my mother-in-law—has been traveling to visit family, and we realized it had been a while since we all sat down together for a meal out without any issues, such as noisy restaurants or the kids misbehaving. When we saw the sign for Pizza Hut, we decided to dine in. Upon arrival, we were greeted with genuine kindness by a gentleman named Travis. We were seated promptly, and he took our drink order and brought our beverages right away, without any delay. While a lady with reddish hair and clear glasses was busy assisting a customer at the register, our server answered the phone to ensure we weren't kept waiting. Soon after, the woman in clear glasses came to our table with fun activities, coloring books, and crayons for the children. She then took our order, and I appreciated that we didn’t have to wait, especially since we had experienced delays at other restaurants during our travels. We are extremely grateful for our experience with the staff, including Travis, the lovely lady with the clear glasses, and of course, the cook at Pizza Hut. If we lived closer, we would definitely dine at that restaurant more than three times a week. Thank you, Auburn, Nebraska Pizza Hut, for the wonderful experience!"

"Just go elsewhere The food is okay at best. Definitely greasier than all the other local pizza places. Their new melts are the greasiest things I 've ever seen that is considered edible. The cheeseless-bread is even greasy (not buttery, GREASY). The cheese sticks are some of the worst tasting and worse textured cheese sticks I 've ever had. And I know its something food-places do to save on food waste, but using the SAME CHEESE for EVERY SINGLE ITEM ON YOUR MENU, ruins a menu, especially when you 're putting cheese on things that arent even supposed to have cheese on them. And that 's not even my opinion, that 's just how yall are. Because those items are advertised as such WITHOUT CHEESE, AND we ordered them as such WITHOUT CHEESE, but they do not arrive that way what-so-ever because this place does not know how to do basic food service. They ALWAYS get stuff wrong when we order delivery, and they charge more for delivery than other local places, so its just better to go in. Especially if you have food allergies or preferences. (Ordered vegan stuff once and did NOT get vegan stuff, even though its advertised as vegan on the website) If they have to replace/remove something, they wont tell you until they 're already at your door with your (wrong) order, and they wont take it off the bill or do any fixes to the cost. Every time I come here I just feel like I shouldn 't have. You can remodel your store all you want but clearly that doesn 't make your service or food better"

"Currently, the dining experience at Din is counter-service. You choose your own seating, and when you’re ready, you go to the counter to place your order. They still deliver drinks and food to your table, but since you pay upfront, you have to tip in advance. Disposable plates and cutlery are provided, and drinks come in to-go cups, which leaves you unsure about refills since no one in our group needed one before we left. On a Sunday afternoon, the place wasn’t crowded. While there aren’t many dining options in the Taneytown area, Pizza Hut continues to deliver the same great pizza and menu."

"Definitely not the best of this chain! It's went downhill over the past 4 years. They used to have a lunch buffet and it was great but they took it away. Ohh well it is what it is. I'd much rather drive to Somerset not too far from here and go to Domino's Pizza! It's a little cheaper and so much better! Just my opinion. "When waiting for your table, take a seat in the bar and order some local beer. When seated order the Traverse City Cherry Salad with their phenomenal rRaspberry Vinaigrette Dressing. "Since the change in management, the food service has noticeably slowed down. I ordered wings with a side of fries, and it took 40 minutes for my food to arrive. Additionally, I had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, despite only one other person being in the restaurant, and it didn't seem like they were placing a large order. "This Pizza Hut delivers Pizza and other food items to my Mother who is a resident of a local nursing home. Today I could not get to the nursing home because of trouble with my SUV. So, I ordered Pizza from Pizza Hut and they delivered the Pizza, even though we were experiencing a snowstorm with heavy snow and wind. I called the nurse and was told that my Mother had enjoyed two pieces of pizza. Knowing my Mother had a treat of good pizza today makes me feel very good."

"Our family typically goes up to Elgin a few times a year. This time we decided to dine at the PH in Albion and, one word, regret.The floors were disgustingly dirty, like visibly covered in crumbs and large pieces of food from past guests. Tables were left dirty, too. There was an employee who was just sitting around talking to customers instead of helping her coworkers. We ordered cheesesticks and cheese garlic toast. After 30 mins we still had not received even the appetizers. All we kept hearing is sorry for the wait but there shouldn 't be that long of a wait for these items. My husband and I have both managed at Pizza Hut in another city and know the appetizers are the easiest to get in. After about 40mins we asked about our food and the employee sitting down was like well what did you order? Literally acted like nobody knew we were waiting for food! Same woman brings over the garlic toast, no cheese. She visibly scoffed and brought the bread back to make it right. Cheese sticks came, finally the bread came right although it was a bit underdone but whatever. I took a few bites and my husband pointed to a piece that looked MOLDY. I spit it out immediately and didn 't touch it again. We ordered a medium pizza that I will say tasted amazing. Overall a terrible experience. Appetizers should be out within 15 minutes of being ordered. They were not busy. There was one other table than us. I would recommend the pizza only, don 't waste your time going inside, either."

"Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered 16 pc garlic parmesan boneless wings. When order was placed said that carryout would be a 15 minute wait. After placing the order, the time was dragged further and further out. After over an hour of waiting I call the store during open hours and their voicemail says that they have already closed. So, I drive up to the store to see what is really going on. As I am sitting there waiting at the drive through window there's 3 employees just standing at the front counter having social hour. Then, once I do make it to the window the employee immediately gets the wings that have been done for some time by time I get there. Yet, there was ZERO communication about updating my order that was set up for txt messaging alerts for updates on the order and when to head to the store to pick up my order. All their online system could do was drag my order out further and further for pickup times. If anyone wants their food on time and in a timely manner, DON'T GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT!"

"I ordered a pizza and a soda, but my order never arrived due to a mix-up with my phone number. While my email was correct, I called the restaurant and was told that the issue would be fixed. Two hours later, I still hadn’t received my order, so I called back and was put on hold for nearly 10 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, they offered to remake my order and have it redelivered. About 10 minutes after that, they called back asking if I could come pick it up, but I informed them that I couldn’t. Eventually, the order was delivered 30 to 40 minutes later. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold, and the 2-liter soda I paid for was missing. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would like a refund. Waiting three hours for a pizza is unacceptable."

"if it's good, it's great. if it's bad, it's terrible. I had satisfactory experiences, depending on whose work but. my last experience, I waited for over 15 minutes with the car by no one ever came into the window, I never saw anyone before the lights seemed to be gone. I've finally called to avoid any incident. I waited another 5 minutes and then decided to knock on the window - no one came quiet after waiting another 5 minutes since the initial knock but I heard women in the back giggling. So, finally, after a long series of cars landing behind me, I did not stop knocking on the window with intentionally and they immediately come and apologize and almost immediately give me the food that was obviously there"
