"I ordered food from this restaurant tonight. When I went to pay for my food. I handed him (owner) my credit card. Before he ran the card, I told him to add something from the cooler that was right next to the register. When I turned around from the cooler, the owner had thrown my credit card on the counter and went about his way. Instead of handing it back My credit card to me. I told him that was very unsafe and I could’ve just walked away, not realizing that he didn’t hand me back my card. That it was very impolite And disrespectful of him to just throw my card down on the counter . This wasn’t the first time he was rude to me. This is the second and last time because I would never go back there again. He seems like he just doesn’t like my presence there for no reason. So I will Take my money and spend it somewhere where I am appreciated."

"It took me a couple of weeks to write this review because I could not believe how terrible this meatball sub was or how horrible of a response I received from the place. One of the items we ordered was a meatball sub with bread on the side. I received in a container, 2 plain tiny meatball like 1 1/4 inch round that also tasted like frozen meatballs, a small dipping size cup of sauce on the side and a handful of shredded mozzarella! Oh and a sub roll. After I looked at it for 10 minutes thinking it was a joke, my sister called only to be told cut the meatballs in half that would make 4 pieces! I was a loyal and frequent customer up until this point. Too many places to choose from to be treated like this! I going to try and post a picture for everyone to see! I must say the Spanish food is much better the the Italian food although they are a pizzeria."

"It was great. This is my weekly enjoyment for Honeybrook. Love the roles, strombolis and cheese steaks. The type that works the register is great, always happy and smiling. I went to Jerry's for a while and the guys are also really nice, but Papa Mark's roles seem better, and I like their sauce and dough more for their pizza and Strombolis"

"We’ve walked by this place a few times and wanted to give it a try. I grew up in the south and miss the food sooo much. With that being said, I think they missed the mark. I know it’s supposed to be a twist on southern food but we didn’t really enjoy any of it. We ordered cornbread for my son and it was stale, seemed like it was old and had just been heated up. Was not fresh. Sent it back immediately. Ended up getting the guacamole which I thought was expensive for the portion you get $15 (see photo) The Cajun Mac n cheese would have been ok but it was salty. The nachos were nachos. The dirty rice wasn’t really dirty rice. It was ok though. The drinks, server and bartender were great. For the price I expected the quality of food to be better. Mostly disappointed in the cornbread."

"Wow! Gotta say, this was a really good place in Pennsylvania. The food was excellent. I did however had to a wait a while around 10 minutes but it was still worth the wait. The slide that I had had a ton of mixed meats and flavoring that really just did it. Big enough yet perfect to be filling. Also ordered something different like a cheese filled with pepperoni bread, my goodness that was delicious! Thanks to this place for their awesome food!The service was also incredible. Friendly staff there which made it feel very appreciative. Including that with the atmosphere of the restaurant. Big TV inside for the entire restaurant basically to really see. Seats clean but the tables could be a bit cleaner but wasn’t to bothering.One other factor I would like to point out is the restaurant being right outside the highway made it very convenient to get some quick food. Definitely would recommend this restaurant to others, not to really sit down for a while but definitely to order and just go. Parking: Parking is free but it could be tough if it does get busy. Possibly won’t be enough space for people to park at."

"I'm a top 10 local reviewer on Google, and normally I wouldn't write a review for a delivery order, but I felt compelled to do so tonight. After a tough day at work, I didn't have the energy to cook. I had a craving for stuffed pizza, but I couldn't find any of my favorite spots in the city. I often end up with a pizza piled with cheese and topped with tomato slices, which isn't what I wanted. So, I decided to order from here and requested a stuffed pizza filled only with cheese, without the typical chunks of tomato. To my surprise, not only did they deliver a pizza without a tomato base, but it honestly turned out to be the third-best stuffed pizza I've ever had. If you get the chance, you should definitely try it. I've never had anything I didn't enjoy here, except for the Italian salad, but I think that was just because of the dressing, which wasn't to my taste. It's a lovely local establishment with fantastic food and great service. You won't regret giving it a try!"

"Upon entering, you are met with a vibe of a small town family owned dining. The person who took my order had a thick accent so that created a bit of a communication barrier. He was friendly, yet eager to put the order in to get to work. I ordered a calzone which was HUGE. Quantity does not trump quality though in my opinion. The meat was unevenly distributed which was ok due to the cheese. They did NOT shy away from using which I loved. The vegetables were plenty yet I would recommend if they were sliced smaller and more sautéed. I unfortunately didn’t like the lack of taste from the cake , Mac n cheese bites to the calzone. Maybe it is pure tomatoes with absolutely nothing added. Maybe they were being modest. This spot seems more of a local loved spot based off community love. I was not directed to where things were and had to ask given maybe because of more of a local spot. Not bad just average."

"Today, I stopped in for a late breakfast since it’s conveniently close to my home. Although the food was still good, the service and atmosphere left much to be desired. The hostess promptly brought me coffee, which was a nice touch. When the waitress—who had dark hair and appeared to be in her thirties—came over, I quickly told her my order, but she started walking away before I had finished. She only asked about my toast when she was almost at the kitchen door and had her back to me. When my meal arrived, the toast wasn't cut. I attempted to ask her for a bit of syrup and some extra napkins, but she dropped my plate and walked away while I was still speaking. I told her I would wait for her return, but she merely said, "Go ahead, I’m listening," again without turning to face me. While I eventually got what I needed, she never returned to check if I required anything else. Instead, she just dropped off my bill while I was still eating, and the diner wasn't even busy. I noticed she spent a lot of time at the counter on her phone. To make matters worse, another waitress loudly complained that her phone was "blowing up," using a profanity that I really could have done without, especially with children nearby. I want to acknowledge the hostess for her attentiveness and for bringing my coffee—I even left her a tip. Unfortunately, I couldn’t bring myself to tip the waitress, who was rude and completely inattentive. It's a shame because the owner is usually very nice and accommodating, but I can see how business is starting to decline. I sincerely hope you can improve your service, but unfortunately, I won’t be coming back."

"Came in at 8pm- an hour before close. The girl at the host stand said “hi we close in an hour.” I said “okay, well it’s just me and my daughter. Can we still eat?” I really wish she would have just said no because she made the next hour really awful. She sat us down and turns out she was our waitress too. Wonderful. Every single time she spoke to us she mentioned how long it was before they closed. At about 8:20 she said I couldn’t order anything else because the cooks were cleaning the oven so me and my daughter got stuck splitting a meal. My daughter (she’s 4) started feeling sick and I wanted to leave but our waitress literally left and didn’t come back after that. I had to ask someone else for boxes and to find her so I could get the check. Theres no reason to treat someone so rudely just for wanting to get dinner. We didn’t see here for over 20 minutes and had been done with our meal for almost as long. By the time we got the check, We were literally cashing out at 5 minutes to 9. Our bill was 14 bucks and I tipped her 3 dollars and she was MAD. She literally rolled her eyes at me and snatched the money off the counter and shoved it in her pocket without looking up and said “next time please come in earlier because now I have all these tables to clean up” (note that there was another table with two men who cashed out right before us and another older man who is always there who cashed out after us but she didn’t say a word about it to either of them) It’s really upsetting because I’ve been coming here once a week with my daughter and friends for the past 3 months for the Greek food and the sandwhiches. I always leave tips that are 20 percent or more and I don’t stay that long. I was rushed out the door, treated like crap, and I’m so upset that this woman had some sort of chip on her shoulder the entire time we were there from the moment we walked in. I would never consider not tipping someone (maybe she had a bad day) but the comment at the end made me wish I didn’t! What kind of servers are you guys hiring here?!? I don’t even want to come back because of this experience"

The owner could be more friendly, and I really did not appreciate that they heard their political opinions during the pandemic that was hard on EVERYONE, especially those of us who lost a lot of PEOPLE in contrast to BUSINESS at this time. "My family has always been a fan of the restaurant. My mom, sister, and I went the other day, but we've been going for years. We've gone before my other sister moved away, and we would go after my dad got out of the hospital from treatment. The food is good (I wouldn't say the best in Rochester), the atmosphere is nice (plenty of families and young adults), and the pace is quick (they turn tables, but aren't pushing you out). For the price, the food is awesome. I had the italian breakfast the last time I went. It was the first time I got it, and it won't be the last! It's a convenient location, just off 390 on Monroe Ave. If you can make it, I highly recommend it!"
