"I ordered from this restaurant twice this month, trying the rocko and the chicken patty melt. Unfortunately, the sandwich was really difficult to eat because the chicken was incredibly dry. Additionally, the staff was quite rude. I placed my order shortly after they opened at 10 am and arrived by 10:40 am, only to find the restaurant closed. I waited outside for 10 minutes, knocking on the door and calling the restaurant, until a worker named Juan finally unlocked the door in a very rude manner. I mentioned to him that my previous sandwich, the rocko, was extremely dry. He just looked at me and didn't say anything, and when I asked who I should speak to, he simply said he would pass the message along. When I finally got to eat my patty melt, it was just as dry as before, and my coworker’s was just as bad. We both ended up only eating half. I won’t be ordering from here again."
