"Food was very good. But the service was extremely bad. We made a reservation for 5 people to sit away from the band as it was Saturday. When we arrived they could not find our reservation and we sat right next to the band while they were setting up. So what is it you don’t understand? I asked Away from band!!!! Our waitress Laura was great in the beginning but after she served our food she was gone I had to ask the bar 3 times can you please tell me where she went? "So I purchased the coupon number 13, which included a party size one topping pizza, 2 L bottle of soda, a large garden salad, and 20 wings. They delivered the food except the salad so when I called back to see if they could send the salad out the gentleman told me he didn’t charge me for it. The coupon states that it’s 5799 I gave the gentleman $65 And he told me that he didn’t charge me for the salad and I then went on and it looked up the coupon and reread it to him and he was like oh well I didn’t see that the salad was on the coupon I said well that’s not my fault that he didn’t see coupon listed or what the items were and so the owner said he’d give me a five dollar coupon for the next time I called and ordered from them again but when I told the young man on the phone that I wanted my salad he told me it was gonna cost $10 so I said to myself why not give me a $10 credit instead of a five dollar credit to make a long story short their customer service sucks and I’m really disappointed because my family and I have spent a lot of money at this restaurant and this was not the way to handle it we will not be returning here Here."

"I already submitted a review and heres what I had to say......This was not our first time here we have dined in many times. We were celebrating a family birthday. We were enjoying ourselves We had a double booth for adults and we put our grandkids all teenagers in a booth 5 of them..we were a group of 14. At the end of our meal we had a birthday cake brought to the table that we brought in..I brought the paper plates napkins and plastic forks and a knife to cut. And as we were enjoying our time here we had a visitor a mouse...so you know the reactions....it joined our group under the table...my feet....and it took off again under another and than under the table across from us which was empty....finally after 7 minutes finally a group of rude employees male took the initiative to catch the mouse and that entailed stabbing the mouse and you even heard the mouse squeal ....my daughter in law was visibly upset and left the restaurant....this was inappropriate in front of diners who were in view Of what they did ....And what was even worse not one employee apologized.... We gathered our belongings and settled o ur 350.00 bill and 75 dollar tip....I stoppped at the door and said something to the male host and I found him sarcastic and rude..ou r reservation was for 615 on Feb 10th....Celine Clemens...and I feel this was not handled professionally..... .. "Came during Restaurant Week, so glad we did! Alex was our server, he was great, always there when we needed him. Great atmosphere especially with brewery attached. Best part was the food. The salads were big, fresh and very appealing. For entrees we had the Pappardelle Bolognese, the Picanha Na Tabua and the Tortellini Matthew. Could go on forever but I'll just say delicious and very large portions. We brought home a little of everything. We also took home some wonderful looking cheesecake and bread pudding. We will most certainly be back!"

"the restaurant was practically empty, but the door was opened before I came out, with a smile greeted by the host and for person. quickly shown on a table and taken my drink order. I was looking for one and when the drink appeared fast, the server did not expect me to be ready. I ordered the little sour bark. there was so much serious on the plate it was like a bowl suppe. that filled mine, because the flesh was so small, not like the pictures here that are probably not the little ones. the flesh was so tender that it was possible to cut it with a fork that should be. the flesh was tasteless. I come back because the problem with my meal was that I ordered the wrong size. I'll know the next time."

"The food is fine. Nice presentation. Solid salads. Really tasty tomato soup. The service is slow though. The margaritas need work. Oversalted rim (see photo) and extra tart mix. The kitchen is exposed to customers and exposes the holes in systems for this restaurant: Staff speaks rudely to management, customers can hear personal conversations of kitchen staff and kitchen staff doesn't move with any urgency or a plan. Because the kitchen is open, customers can see the food coming out from the kitchen and just sitting for a while to be picked up. Our table was having a great time chatting so the wait didn't bother us but there were others around us that seemed displeased. If they could fix these issues, it would be a decent spot."

Was ripped off when soda refills are free and was charged for every additional soda so ended up paying $30 just in added 'free refills '!! Don 't take advantage of your customers who have been coming for years and many times a month at that!! Tables are filthy, drinking cups need a good scrub, dining chairs are falling apart with a sticky feeling when you grab to pull out. Can 't keep good wait staff always a high turn over and if they had to speak more than a few words or smile their face and tongue would fall off. "Having been in florida for the last decade I was extremely excited to go to a good ol' jersey diner again. The nostalgic feeling surpassed the food I remember as a young man. It was just OKAY. Maybe it would be better late night after a few drinks like I used to do. French onion soup was bland as can be, the French dip was bland as can be (had to ask for horse radish sauce for flavor) my lady had the gyro and zucchini fries. Idk why she ordered a gyro from a diner LOL clearly frozen mystery meat. And thr zucchini fries tasted like everything else out of the fryer. The regular fries were good. Prices were a little wild. All in all just okay."

"Family birthday celebrations at restaurants are a thing for our our family. Tully's was the spot chosen by our nephew and his teenage daughter this year to celebrate their joint birthdays. We had a wonderful lunch gathering at Tully's for this occasion. Everyone's food was plentiful and delicious. Our knowledgeable and friendly server, David was helpful and gracious. He was attentive refilling drinks during our meals. The birthday people shared the huge ice cream cake dessert which they proclaimed delicious and more than enough for both of them. We will remember Tully's for future family gatherings as everyone was most pleased with their lunch choice."

"I started with the pork skewers with cheese sauce and then had the sour beef and dumplings for my main course. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The table agreed that the beef was delicious. The sour beef and sauce were excellent, although the dumplings could use some improvement. There was something off about the texture and consistency of the dumplings that I couldn't quite pinpoint. I would still order this dish again, but maybe swap out the dumplings for potatoes the next time."

"the experience in pizzeria was uno, as I thought would be to eat authentic chicago deepthroat meal pizza. the ambiente was Swiss and energetic, and the mood was old-school Italian American. from an Italian background, eating came to me well. the meatballs were delicious and the Marinara sauce was also quite good. the deep pizza itself reminded me of a panzarotti or a calzone. the toppings were fresh and I was happy that there was a little more authentic taste than some of the reviews that we have heard about other chain restaurants that have specialized in deep food pizza. overall the crust of a deep dish is generally not my preference, since it is more of a crispy buttery, but for what it was, it was a total of 7/10!"

"My wife, two children, and I visited the restaurant on a night when they were hosting musical bingo with a DJ. We were seated quickly and given our bingo cards. The waitress was friendly and took our drink orders as we looked over the menu. Unfortunately, my son's steak was overcooked on the outside, but he still enjoyed the medium rare inside. My daughter loved her chicken Caesar salad, while my wife had the chicken tenders and fries, which were standard. I decided on the caprese sandwich, which was pretty good. We finished off the meal by sharing a delicious brownie sundae. Overall, we had a decent experience, even though we didn't try their famous pizza. Unfortunately, we didn't win at bingo either."

"Went into this pizza restaurant with a friend. We went for dinner and decided to order salads instead. Before going in, we checked out the menu on their website. When we both placed our order, Ceasar shrimp salad consist of iceberg and romainelettuce, topped with store bought croutons and very light parmesan cheese. Ceasar dressing was typical store bought. The othersalad was grilled chicken and shrimp. First complaint: Ceasar salad was not your typical. Ceasar salad has no iceberg lettuce,pieces. Strictly romaine, not wet pieces which caused tge lettuce to wilt, brown. Price was true to the menu on thewebsite. Second complaint: Chicken/Shrimp salad. Again, some lettuce pieces wet and wilted, brown. Chicken and shrimp, tookhome, left lettuce. Price was stated on website was different from what we were charged. Approximately, $5 more?? Askedwaitress about this. She went to ask someone else, came back and stated the menu state subject to change and on the door theyhave a sign on price increase, something on those lines. Okay, subject to change on menu , but sign on door, NOT! When we leftpizza shop, know sign posted?? No business etiquette! I have been to this place several times before the Covid and it was good.Last few times, has been poor. Unfortunately, we will not be soliciting them anymore. Food not up to their potential. Placelooking dismal! FYI, you need to fix your door plate when entering your pizza shop. They have the metal plate off, the metalpiece is open at the entrance and someone can trip easily and hurt themselves."

"A Portland Classic! Bruno's has been a staple for Italian Food! Hadn't been in years, so it seemed to be a perfect choice after a Bob Marley show. 9pm on a Wednesday night and the owners were on site as always. We were seated immediately and our server was right there. We ordered drinks and some Fried Calamari and Mozzarella Pomodoro for appetizers to share. The apps came out very quickly but our server was wanting us to order our entrees immediately. We accommodated and ordered dinner, but asked him not to fire them too quickly . Our salads were out in minutes, I asked him again to slow it down. The homemade dressings we chose (Blue Cheese and Poppy Seed) were wonderful. Unfortunately we only had 2 bites before our dinner was at the table. So we skipped eating our apps. We had a few bites of salad and then jumped into our dinners: Ravioli Verde and Chicken Marsala. The in-house made ravioli with a super silky ricotta filling and perfect sage butter was amazing. I wanted to hold each piece on my tongue just to celebrate the flavor. The Chicken Marasala was so tender and piled high with mushrooms and just the right amount of sauce. But just as we started enjoying our meals, we already had take out boxes on the table. Our server was definitely in a hurry .... we finished our entrees, boxed up our apps and I quickly asked for 2 cannolis to go. The check was on the table so fast that we were uncomfortable, so we took our boxes and left. THAT IS WHEN THE LIGHTBULB WENT OFF..... our server should have told us that the kitchen closes at 9:30 Had we known, we would have just had a drink and an app. The food is AMAZING but I dislike being hurried."
