"I occasionally dine at Arby's, but my experiences at this particular location have been quite frustrating. In the past, my orders have often been incorrect. Today, my wife and I intended to eat at Chipotle, but since they were closed for cleaning, we opted to try Arby's because my in-laws had given us a gift card. When we walked in and placed our order, we ran into a problem with payment. The system continually rejected the gift card as a valid form of payment. The manager was called over and informed us that the system was offline. However, when I used my debit card, the transaction went through without any issues, which seemed a bit suspicious to me. It would be beneficial for this Arby's location to address and resolve their system errors."
