Arby's - Menu

The food was terrible—my mac and cheese was cold, and when I mentioned it, the staff rudely suggested I use the microwave myself. Not a good experience at all.

Such great customer service and friendly staff! Very clean! Quick service! Stopped by randomly on our way up north and definitely enjoyed the stop. Nice dog park in the parking lot too. Easy highway access!

Warning: The only milkshake flavor available is vanilla. The prices for the food are quite steep considering the same old sandwiches, and the French fries have a taste reminiscent of being old and reheated. View menu

I had the new buffalo chicken wrap for lunch. The dining area is situated at the center, and the restaurant mainly serves truck drivers. If you’re seeking a typical fast food experience, this isn't the right spot for you.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The service was quick and efficient, just as it should be. The staff were wonderful. The chicken sandwich I ordered was absolutely delicious. I would definitely come back if I get the chance. Highly recommended!

I attempted to explain to the cashier that I couldn't see the screen displaying the menu combinations. Instead of assisting me, she came out from behind the counter and yelled at me, even though I hadn’t raised my voice at all. It’s not my fault she was having a rough day; providing customer service is part of her job. I will not be returning to this place, and I recommend others steer clear of it too! View menu

Even after asking her if everything was in the bag and her saying yes, my daughter's French fries were missing...They seem to be running low on bags since they shoved everything into one bag...My curly fries were cold and dehydrated and broken into peices... the sandwiches were slapped together and cold... the boneless buffalo wings were a little cold but warmed up they were good, and my daughter enjoyed her mac n cheese...

The food was disgusting and honestly I don't mean this to be rude but this is the second time I've been to Arby's and I've had the same result as the first. (Graphic words ahead be warned) I've had major diarrhea and nausea since eating this food. I feel so weak from how sick I feel and it's honestly the worst experience I've had as far as fast food. Wish I had better to say but I will not be returning to Arby's ever unless it was maybe a soda.

I occasionally dine at Arby's, but my experiences at this particular location have been quite frustrating. In the past, my orders have often been incorrect. Today, my wife and I intended to eat at Chipotle, but since they were closed for cleaning, we opted to try Arby's because my in-laws had given us a gift card. When we walked in and placed our order, we ran into a problem with payment. The system continually rejected the gift card as a valid form of payment. The manager was called over and informed us that the system was offline. However, when I used my debit card, the transaction went through without any issues, which seemed a bit suspicious to me.
