"I have given this place multiple chances during the last 4.5 years because their food is good. However, their customer service via both delivery AND pick-up is TRASH!!!! From closing earlier than what is posted in their signage and then being rude and nasty in their response to you when you ask them about it, to having a bunch of kids working in there who often make mistakes while ringing up your order and then management trying to hold the CUSTOMER financially accountable for the kids’ mistakes. They also OFTEN forget to deliver items that I’ve ordered, paid for, and would like to have as a part of my meal. The fact that they are RUDE and a few of them are racist on top of all of that means they will never get another dime of my money unless they change management, which is sad because I originally thought Ryan was cool. "I had an excellent experience at Dom's trying their steak tips! I first heard about them on the Phantom Gourmet and decided to give them a try. When I arrived, I found out that the restaurant was closed for remodeling, but I was still able to purchase packaged food by calling ahead and picking it up. The original steak tips were sweet and tender, while the steakhouse tips were flavorful and just as tender. Dom's is definitely a great spot for steak tips and other meats. I highly recommend giving them a try, but don't bother asking for the secret recipe – not even Dom's wife knows it!"

"My pregnant wife was craving meatballs, so we decided to dine at this restaurant. I ordered the meatballs with spiced bocconcini and was pleasantly surprised. They were some of the best meatballs I have ever had, reminding me of my childhood. The dish was like a nostalgic trip back to my favorite meal, ratatouille, with a delicious bite."

"Worst service! I placed an order for delivery and was told the driver would be arriving in 1 min. 10min passed as I waited from my apartment for the driver to arrive and call once in the lobby. He calls me and says “if you’re not coming we’ll cancel the order”. I asked if he was here and he hung up on me and refused to take my return calls. My partner who lives with me has cancer and was not feeling well. For me to leave her unattended for any length of time could be dangerous. The driver couldn’t wait the 1 min for me to get on the elevator and down to the lobby. I called the restaurant and the manager was extremely combative. Explaining how busy they were. When the fact is I paid them for a service which was not rendered and non-conforming. After explaining my partners illness he then said I could walk to the restaurant and pick it up. I couldn’t tell if he was being sarcastic or just that stupid. If you’re not equipped to fulfill your service obligations to your patrons that is on you. It is not my responsibility as the consumer to accommodate you. Terrible customer service and completely compassionless."

"This restaurant is definitely worth a visit! The food was the best I had throughout my entire trip. The staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. The waffles were slightly fluffy and absolutely delicious. I forgot to take a picture before I started eating, but I did manage to capture this one piece on the left. The only negative thing I could mention was the toilet paper in the restroom."

"cosmi’s is a solid cotender for the best Hoagie manufacturer in the city. the Sicilian sandwich is a thing of beauty. the chewing seedlings, generous help of meat, soft sharp provolone, exceptionally tasteful tomato, crunchy spinach, delicate cut mild swirl, and melt-in-your-mouth bratpfeffer — great. the price was for this bee of a sandwich (I was full after the half) and the friendly service from the guy at the fronttheke was top-tier. there is also a large selection of drinks and desserts. a san pellegrino and tiramisu were the perfect companions to my dinner."

"This place was my to go pizza place, I’m not saying the food tastes bad, but, can’t stay quiet and keep buying from them, first strike was like a month ago when I didn’t want to wait for the food to be delivered and I went to pick it up, they touch the food and money with no gloves and at the same time, I let it slide and thought it was a mistake, yesterday I went and pick up my order again and they were counting money and putting it all next to uncooked pizza and in the table where they make the food!!!! Actually they threw money on the table and fell on the pizza! They just took the money that fell on the pizza, put it aside and continued as if nothing was happening, also, I ordered a half Hawaiian, half pepperoni and they just made a Hawaiian pizza and threw 3 pieces of pepperoni on top of the Hawaiian pizza and call it a day, they obviously made a mistake and instead of re making the pizza they just “fixed” it. Didn’t eat it anyways, felt discussed to be honest and definitely the last time eating from this place."

"This place is more of a bar than a restaurant, but we were able to find a table after waiting for about 5 minutes on a Saturday night. The food options were decent and there was a good variety to choose from. The meatballs and burger were delicious, and the wings looked better than some of the more well-known wing places. Our server was very friendly and efficient, making sure our order was taken quickly and our food was brought out promptly."

"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff, service, and food were all fantastic. Steele and Stew were great, and Laura, the bartender, was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even though I could tell Laura was still in training, she treated everyone with respect and confidence, which demonstrated excellent teamwork. It had been years since my last visit, and I was thrilled to return and enjoy such an amazing experience! Every customer was greeted with a smile and outstanding service. This place remains one of my favorite dining spots even after all these years!"

"Ordered through GrubHub two consecutive nights and both nights, items were missing. On the second night, after speaking with a GrubHub representative, I was given a partial refund. Not even ten minutes later I get a call from a man at the restaurant harassing me about my missing items. I didn't pack the order, I didn't deliver the order, I didn't receive what I ordered. Business owners attack good customers, not even looking at who delivered my order and the third party company that is used. Don't worry about me having any missing items from your poorly ran establishment. There are plenty of places that value their customers and making sure they actually receive what they purchase.The restaurant owner has the audacity to reply in the manner that he did, which shows the public he's only trying to protect his name and restaurant. I have photos and screenshot representatives. It's actually the restaurant's delivery drivers that are scamming for the company, GrubHub doesn't deliver for this restaurant. I did not know that but thanks to the GrubHub team for speaking to me and considering removing this restaurant from their service after learning the restaurant has multiple complaints of the same issues."
