Unfortunately, since this restaurant is located in a tournament facility, there aren’t many options for families here. Given the passive-aggressive responses to negative reviews, it seems my kids will be having Dunkin' Donuts from now on."

"We just used Planet Pizza to cater my daughter’s first birthday on 3/9/24 and we were thrilled with the experience. The communication from Dave and his team was so clear and easy. They dropped off dishes for us to try prior to choosing, helped set everything up at the birthday party, were punctual and efficient. Everyone was raving about the food and I even had plenty to send my guests home with leftovers. We ordered pizza, chicken francese, salad, rolls and penne a La vodka. Everything was so delicious and perfect. Was such a treat to not have to worry about food for the party. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again for an event or for a dinner in or out! Thank you thank you!!"

"I ordered plain chicken and cheese quesadillas, but instead, we received one filled with an excess of onions and peppers and barely any chicken. We never asked for peppers and onions, which are not listed on their online menu— only chicken and cheese is specified. When I called to clarify that we didn't order those ingredients, especially since my husband has severe reactions to peppers, the man on the phone informed me that I would need to purchase another quesadilla to fix the issue. How is it my responsibility to buy another item when it was their error? They also forgot another item that was supposed to accompany my order. It's frustrating to think I have to spend more money for something that was their mistake. It feels wrong that they would take my money for an incorrect order without making an effort to resolve it. The quesadilla was untouched; we didn't eat it or request a replacement. We even offered to return it in exchange for the order we originally placed and paid for, but now it’s just in the trash, and I have to order something else for my husband. I feel cheated, and this experience was far from acceptable."

"This place has very mediocre food and they are probably the slowest with deliveries that I have ever dealt with. I once ordered online and needed to call to make a slight change and I literally had to call 40 times in a row back to back to speak with someone, no exaggeration. They have good intentions but need A LOT of help it seems like the owner has too much on his plate. Don’t order here unless you want to wait an hour and a half for your food that is a hit or miss."

"Loved the pizza. I only took one star away because I got delivery and it arrived 20 minutes late and cold. Even though it was cold, this pizza still shined compared to many other pizzas I've had. This was the cauliflower crust which expectedly costs a bit more but the size was smaller and it was pricey. Separate from that the meat, cheese, sauce and crust were all good. Very rarely do you find a place where all the pieces are good which is probably why I was okay with the cost. They also made it to my online order specifications- light cheese, extra sauce. I got a meat pizza and all the meat was quality. I don't eat pizza often. Maybe 3 max 4 times a year. This was definitely worth the deviation from my normal nutrition. Yum! I'm sure I'll eat again once more this year."

"Where to start? The meatballs were very flavourful, The marinara and Garlic bread was sublime, the pizza was giant, and the pepperoni was crazy good. The prosciutto salad was made with fresh mozzarella. The staff were friendly and attentive even though we got there close to closing, we had no wait time, and the food came relatively quick They serve Peroni Beer and Foxon Park soda. Now on to the desserts. the tiramisu Oh, the tiramisu. I've only had it once before (at a different place), and it was ok wasn't sure I was going to try it Oh my, I'm so glad I did. I fear it will be far too long before my taste buds are graced with such a profoundly smooth, well-balanced creamy tiramisu. Now for the cannolis, I have not had them in a while and forgot how good they could be. These bite-sized morsels of heaven are light and satisfying to no end. The addition of the sprinkles gave it a relaxed silly vibe that was perfect for the festive atmosphere. That leaves us with the carrot cake. Wow, the cake itself was light and fluffy, allowing the carrot flavor to take charge and not be overpowered by the frosting, which can be too sweet. Not in this case. The whipped topping helps bring it all together in a word Balanced. They also have an extensive menu. TBH, we didn't get off the appetizer page. Thank you to everyone that served us that night. You folks are great"

"I didn't try the famous hot dog, but I had the pasta, pizza, and fried dough garlic bread. The pasta with cheese and sauce was amazing and very filling, with a generous portion of pasta and plenty of cheese. I would rate the pizza a 3 out of 4; I only got two slices instead of a whole box, so I can't say for sure if a full box would be different, but those slices were quite large. My wife loved the fried dough, which they cut into strips, and the kids also enjoyed it. Again, they were generous with the toppings. I was surprised to see milkshakes and a lot of other menu items there; I always thought it was just a hot dog place, but they had so much more. I recommend calling in your order ahead of time because this place gets busy, and you’ll have to wait if you don’t. Also, when I visited tonight, they were cash only, so make sure to bring cash. I’m not sure if that’s always the case, but it’s best to be prepared."

To meet the $10 minimum for my order, I added a small antipasto salad and was pleasantly surprised by its generous portion size. It was definitely great value for the money. I called to confirm that my apartment information was correct since I was unsure I had entered it properly. Even though they were likely busy, the staff took the time to check my order, read the address back to me, and were very friendly throughout. "My family I are big into House of Pizzas. We seek them out have been to dozens because we don’t like chains. While in Rockport my family wanted pizza so naturally we looked for their House of Pizza.
