"I encountered an issue with an online special that they didn't seem to know about. I ended up having to speak with a manager and show him their own website just to get the deal, which was a bit pointless at that stage. The food was decent but nothing to rave about, and I found it a bit overpriced. Our table felt like it was practically in the parking lot, and the loud music made it really hard to have a conversation. Am I satisfied? Not at all. I’d prefer to eat at Taco Bell instead of this place."

"we stopped here when we hoped it would be good. we were completely blown away with eating. it is truly authentic Mexican cuisine. the tortillas and the chips are made fresh in the restaurant. the tortillas are the best I've ever tried. the flan is also authentic, very good. "Due to the pandemic we have not been there in over 2 years. First time back it appears that very little has changed. I think the table side menu got an upgrade as they appear to be fresh, well laid out and colorfully. The options seam the same and are many. It is hard to chose what to get as they all look great. The one thing that stands out is how friendly and accommodating they all are. The food comes to the table very hot (temperature) and great quality, quantity, and flavor. I am still surprised that they never are crowded. For the price and convenience of their location the fast food chain options have no comparison to what this place offers. Rancho Chico beats them all. Keep up the good work guys, you make dine in a pleasant experience."

"The Mexican food here is truly authentic! Although the staff is small, they're all young and hardworking. My drink was always full, and the salsa and chips were fresh and abundant. I ordered the Colorado shrimp fajitas, and the portion was huge, leaving me with plenty for a nice snack later. The variety of spices and desserts was impressive, and I especially loved the mushrooms! The service was incredibly friendly as well. "I was excited about this restaurant, I came there and the drinks were good. then order time, I ask if they have tacos nothing else only tacos. the water says we have a order of 3 tacos with tears and bores. I told her I just want more tacos, she says we don't sell any Tacos individuals. which Mexican restaurant has no individual tacos? my 5 years old always eats 1 or 2 tacos no tears or bores. the image shows the type of tacos they have served, it seems that I have ordered in the tacoglocke. "Short story: Food was really good, wait staff was good. My drink was not and the manager was rude to me. I won 't be back. Longer story: This was one of the first times I 've ever ordered a mixed drink at a restaurant. I saw raspberry mojito on the Specials white board at the entrance and envisioned a few fresh raspberries mashed up with the mint leaves. Sounded good. The raspberry flavor turned out to be from syrup and I could not finish even half of my $10.50 drink. I mentioned it to the nice gentlemen up front as I was leaving, who told me he thought he could help. A lady came back and asked me what was wrong, but did not tell me she was the manager right away. I didn 't know who she was, but explained my drink situation, and she described why she could not use fresh berries. Okay, that made sense. But....there was no apology, not even I 'm sorry you did not enjoy your drink and certainly no Let me see your bill and I 'll put $5 back on your card. Any of these options would have made me feel better about our dinner there. What did she say? That I should have told my waiter right away when I was asked how everything was. Total implication was that it was my fault and therefore my problem. Then she walked away. Okay. I won 't be back. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5"

"The birria quesadilla was amazing! I devoured a third of it, along with half the chips on the table, which were served with delicious salsa and bean dip. The guacamole was tasty as well. The restaurant was clean and decorated nicely for Easter, and the server was friendly and attentive. However, I wasn't a big fan of the margarita; it tasted like a mix and was a bit watered down. But for $7.95, it wasn't too bad!"

"Quality was really lacking, especially so for the price. Was really looking forward to another option in the area, but this isn apos;t it. As someone who has eaten a lot of Mexican food in hole in the wall restaurants fine dining, as well as out of many trucks, and makes it at home, this was incredibly subpar. I spit the beans out. Everything is layered cheese. Massively applied Monterey Jack seems to be how they cover the lack of quality. We didn apos;t eat 1/3rd of our order. Disgusting. If the bill was reasonable for the quality, sure, we would expect cheap. For the prices they charge, I would expect to see those costs represented in the food. Feels like the business is struggling and charging for their shortcomings. Taqueria El Kiosko is better quality, and way cheaper."

"Third time here. Street tacos good, not great. Clams on happy hour menu, yes, so good! Broccoli on happy hour great. Dinner menu is pretty typical. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is service. "I had heard of this place from a friend and decided I should test it out. From the SECOND that you walk in, you are transported into somewhere else entirely! It was truly an experience, the interior was decorated almost like a colonial setting(? It was not what I was expecting in the best way possible!We were immediately greeted and seated by an employee, ordered, waited around 30 minutes and were SHOCKED by the food portions! I knew that the food was costly, and unknowingly ordered a lot, but I loved every bite, it is definitely worth the price. I don’t know what I was expecting but this certainly surprised me in a wonderful way!I would recommend going here for a nice outing however, be warned it is a little pricey, you have to pay 20% (if I remember correctly if you have a party of 5 or more, otherwise, truly great! Kid-friendliness: Very accessible! High chairs etc."
