"However, when we approached the host, he informed us that he had made a mistake and mistakenly called our table when it wasn't actually our turn. We understood and returned to the waiting area. About 30 minutes later, we received another message stating our table was ready. When we approached the host again, he reiterated that it was a mistake. We pointed out that this was the second message we had received indicating our table was ready, but he dismissed us, saying he could not seat us because the available tables were reserved for another party of five—contradicting what he had told us earlier about not accepting reservations for that size.
At this point, he raised his voice and became irate, even gesturing aggressively towards the senior citizens in our party. I asked him to lower his voice, and in response, he made a pushing motion toward me with his hand. It’s important to note that this man was about 6 feet tall, shouting at me while I am only 5 feet tall. Overall, I am extremely disappointed that such behavior was tolerated by staff when all we did was inquire about our table, for which we had received two notifications stating it was ready."
