Great food leads to great reviews, and fantastic customer service enhances that experience, but this restaurant offers even more; it’s truly exceptional. The food is outstanding and competes with the best Mexican restaurants.
The customer service is remarkable. Even when the restaurant is bustling (and it gets REALLY busy), the staff maintains their composure and continues to provide excellent service, even when they are short-staffed. Their dessert options rival those of the Cheesecake Factory, and that's not an exaggeration.
I first dined at this restaurant in 2016, and over the past three months, I've shared countless meals with friends here because it's such a wonderful place to eat and enjoy. Yes, it can get crowded and noisy, and there might be times when you’ll wait for your bill, and some items can be on the pricier side, but it’s worth it, in my opinion. The staff genuinely strives to deliver their best, and they are kind and respectful.
While there’s an old saying that “the customer is always right,” they don’t interpret it that way. They are neither rude nor disrespectful, but they do not tolerate any form of disrespect or harassment from anyone. The people here are truly remarkable, and this restaurant deserves your attention.
