But what makes this place worth checking out is it 's Vietnamese cuisine, one item especially.<br/ <br/ Let me tell you about the miraculous 'Pho. ' Pho is a Vietnamese noodle dish. It 's noodles topped with rare beef served with vegetables and a highly seasoned beef stock. To my knowledge there are only two places that serve it in Columbia, and this is by far the best. In fact i dare say it 's one of the best bowls of noodles you can have in this town. They actually give you what 's advertised. The beef is medium rare, safe for consumption but still possessing beef flavor, the texture of everything is great, and the flavor? Herbs, spices, beef broth and as much sambal or sriracha as you could ever want? This is why you should carry cash. This is why you should take risks with your food. Only in what looks like a crappy dive can you find the best pho in town.<br/ <br/ It 's not cheap, but it tastes great. I highly recommend it."
