"Additionally, some staff members need to improve their professionalism. I realize most of them are teenagers, but on multiple occasions, I've walked in to find them giggling, chatting, and even cursing in the back. They often don’t acknowledge customers until you have to call for assistance. At times, they can come off as snobby or have an attitude.
Mistakes can happen, and I’m okay with that; we're all human. However, the combination of these errors and the lackluster customer service led me to write this review. Like I mentioned, this location was much better in the past and I would have rated it five stars before. But in its current state, it’s just okay."
