I had the most disappointing pizza experience at Papa Murphy's. When we arrived, the store was empty. I ordered a thin crust pizza with three toppings, but it looked quite lackluster. All the toppings were simply piled in the center of the pizza. A little effort in presentation would have made a big difference!

Throughout the entire transaction, he had a frustrated look on his face, almost as if he wanted to punch someone! I understand that some people dislike their jobs, but good customer service can make a huge difference.
