"I visited this restaurant for the first time and was disappointed to find it closed at 8:39 PM on a Saturday. I was only there to pick up some pre-prepared items, but the staff didn't even bother to ask what I was ordering; they just closed up. If you're not open for business, you should update your hours to reflect that. It seems like a simple enough concept, especially since it's not a Tuesday. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning."

"I only had a voucher for an online order, but unfortunately the website had issues and wouldn't let me enter my payment information. Alexander honored the credit at the restaurant, I guess. I told him which pizza I wanted, but realized after it was made that I accidentally ordered the wrong one. Even though it was my mistake, Alexander was polite and made me a completely new pizza without any questions. We frequent this restaurant often and always appreciate the professionalism."

"The girl behind the counter would not stop loudly complaining about having to make food for people. Her hair was not only not tied back, but it was greasy, hanging over the food, and she kept touching it with her hands before continuing to touch ingredients... "**Review:** As the temperature soared to 100 degrees with a heat index of 110, I was troubled to see employees standing outside in full uniform simply to hold up a "We're Open" sign in such extreme heat. This is not a respectful way to treat staff, particularly given the ongoing labor shortage. "We ordered two pizzas on the app and you had no cheese on it. So we called the store to see why and to get a replacement. The boy who replied that there were no managers working on weekends and that they could not do anything. We said this was inevitable, so he called his manager and said that the manager said it was our fault and that they would not do anything for us and then hang on to us. At a time you should take care of your customers, they are not. I hope the owner of this store knows the kind of staff he works for him. We're not gonna get pizza here anymore and push others to go somewhere else to get a pizza."

"After catching Oppenheimer at the AMC IMAX on July 23, 2023, I decided to swing by Papa Murphy's for a quick dinner following the three-hour cinematic experience. Conveniently situated right across from the parking lot alongside a few other businesses, the atmosphere in the restaurant was calm, and I was the only customer. The gentleman at the counter greeted me warmly and was helpful in sharing their appetizer specials while I looked over the menu. Unfortunately, I discovered that they were out of cookie dough due to some supplier issues; I hope they resolve this soon and return to the same recipe! I ordered a large cheese pizza and some cheese bread. Having worked at a Papa Murphy's two decades ago, I noticed quite a few changes since then. However, the quality of both the pizza and breadsticks, both before and after I baked them, was excellent! The staff member who prepared my order was quick and efficient. When it came time to pay, I found it a bit odd that nearly every restaurant now prompts you for a tip when paying by card. Are they compensating workers less than minimum wage and relying on tips to make up the difference? It's a concerning trend for our service workers. Since this food isn’t cooked, the tip request was a bit confusing, but both employees were friendly, so I decided to leave a tip on my card. The establishment itself was spotless and quiet, and I received prompt and welcoming service. Everything baked beautifully at home. I plan to return the next time I go to the movies—this was my second visit years apart, so I'm glad they made it through the pandemic! I’ve included a picture of the cheese bread and pizza after I baked them. One suggestion I have is for ranch dressing to be offered as a no-charge option in addition to marinara sauce at the customer's request. I was charged a dollar for a small packet of ranch, which I already had at home, and I would have happily swapped it to avoid the extra fee. While Papa Murphy's used to be quite affordable, it seems prices have risen, which is understandable in the current business climate. I ended up spending nearly $20 for a large cheese pizza, cheesy bread, plus a dollar for ranch, and a couple of bucks for the tip. Thanks for providing a quality product!"

"A few weeks ago, I ordered two pizzas from Papa Murphy's in Warrensburg. When I got home, I discovered that both pizzas had bugs crawling on them under the plastic wrap. I emailed the corporate office and included pictures of the infested pizzas, but I didn’t receive a response. The Warrensburg location hasn’t reached out to me either, yet I still receive emails promoting their products. I don't want to rate them with just one star, but unfortunately, zero isn't an option."

"Papa's Murphy's in Mount Shasta California is a very clean and friendly take home and bake pizza store..The pizzas are fresh and tasty..They staff is polite and nice..The store is clean and fast..They have deals on pizzas all the time.. papa's is one of my families favorite pizza stores we enjoy our papa's pizzas at least 2 a month...They also have mini kid pizzas, 2 liters of soda , Salad's, bread sticks, Cookie Dough and Sweet wheels.... Awesome is what I call Papa's"
