"I recently visited Royal Grill Halal Food, a highly hyped food truck known for its halal offerings. While I had high expectations, my experience left much to be desired.I decided to try their chicken tikka over rice and falafel wrap. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. Firstly, the salad in my meal was a major letdown. The tomatoes had a strong, unpleasant odor that was rather off-putting. It was clear that they were not fresh and had likely gone bad. Additionally, the onions in the salad were dry and lacked the crispness that adds a refreshing element to the dish.To make matters worse, the main dishes themselves were pathetic. The chicken tikka lacked any distinct flavor, and combined with the smelly tomatoes and dry onions in the salad, the entire meal felt unappetizing. The falafel wrap, fell short in execution. The falafel balls were dry and lacked the moist texture that makes them enjoyable. It was clear that the ingredients used were not of the highest quality, further diminishing the taste and overall experience.I threw everything away after having few bites.Random halal carts are much better than this hyped place. All in all, my experience at Royal Grill Halal Food was far from satisfactory. The inclusion of smelly tomatoes and dry onions in the salad only added to the disappointment. The lack of freshness and poor quality of ingredients greatly affected the taste and enjoyment of the dishes. Based on my visit, I cannot recommend this place for a truly enjoyable halal dining experience."
