"I've tried giving this restaurant multiple chances because the food is delicious, but they continually mess up my order! My husband is lactose intolerant, and every time I order a meatball hero, it comes with cheese! I've told the person on the phone at least ten times that it should be cheese-free, yet it still arrives wrong. Don’t they understand that people with food allergies can get seriously ill if their meals aren’t made correctly? Even though they do prepare a new hero for me each time, it usually contains fewer meatballs than the original order! There seems to be a major communication issue between the staff taking orders and the kitchen. Unfortunately, this will be my last order with them."

The chicken noodle soup here honestly feels like it was taken straight from a can of Progresso and simply transferred into a plastic container, LOL. It looks, smells, and tastes just like it. I'm quite disappointed!

My family and I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is outstanding, and there are fantastic deals to be found. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is always clean and never overly crowded. The meals are consistently fresh and served promptly. Ordered a buffalo chicken pie and when it was delivered all the toppings were off the pie and sitting in the box. I called the establishment and the pie was exchanged for another one, however it was pointless as it went right in the garbage. The chickenwas dry and burnt, the dough was rubbery they also loaded the pie with red sauce (on a buffalo chicken pie nonetheless). Notsure if it was done on spite for bringing the original pie back, but Never again!!! What a waste of money.

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, but when it arrived, all the toppings were scattered in the box instead of being on the pizza. I called the restaurant, and they sent me a replacement, but it turned out to be pointless because I ended up throwing it away. The chicken was dry and overcooked, the crust was rubbery, and there was way too much red sauce (which is unusual for a buffalo chicken pizza). I'm not sure if they were being spiteful for returning the first one, but I won't be going back either! It was a complete waste of money.
