"We sat down to our table and the servers must share … we had two and neither person introduced themselves. Just made us feel rushed when clearly we had some older individuals in our party that hadn’t even sat down yet. We ordered the antipasti which was two versions of super dry (sitting out old tasting) Parmesan and a few other things; and very hard cracker like accompaniment. It was not very good but we paid for it so we ate it. We had five people in our party, each ordered something different; and every single item was over cooked and poorly seasoned. The dish with prosciutto, I confirmed would be crisped; the prosciutto was thick sliced (which is not how prosciutto should ever be sliced) and flabby. The chicken on two dishes were dry, even with sauce and the walleye was so overcooked it was inedible. We’ve not eaten at Notos in over ten years because the prices do not match the food, ambiance or prices; but it’s still in business so we gave it another shot … certainly things can change in ten years. We were wrong. We are not big complainers, or wasteful people, and none of us had eaten all day; so we did eat our meals. However, we will never go back."

"My hubby and I stumbled on this place in 2015 when we were dating. In 2016, he took me here after he proposed to me. In 2017, before our wedding, he brought all his friends who had traveled down to enjoy dinner before the event. It has been a part of ourmost beautiful memories. The portions are beyond generous, and delectable!!! I?m also gluten-free, and there are so manydelicious options. I also highly suggest the gluten-free garlic bread dipped in the olive oil mix, it?s divine!! They can be alittle cheeky if you show up before they open. Even 5 min before they open. They know they?re good and can do that lol. But onceinside, the service and food is well worth the wait. From our family to yours, thank you La Famiglia! Until next time."

"Our first time. Excellent meal. Very well prepared. Beet and burrata appetizer was delicious. Branzino also very good. Halibut a little over done. Apple tarte dessert was unusually done …very tasty. We arrived and were seated at a table for two.. a little cramped. We asked to be moved to a larger table and was accomodated with a larger table with a good view of the beach/ocean. Attentive server and hostess. A little too pricey to be a frequent dining destination."

Our entrées were prepared perfectly and nicely flavored. we enjoyed the filet Oscar and the short rib Ragu with pasta. Our server was quite attentive and make sure our table was well served. "Seems the menu changed a bit since we were last there and nothing really stood out though we both had a good meal. Our waitress was very polite and friendly and did a good job. One small pointer to her would be to pour a tasting of wine first off to the individual who ordered it rather than 2 full glasses. ..that way it can be tested for palatability, etc."

"Love the small restaurant feel. Always enjoy the food. My friend had eggplant parmigiana which she said was superb. Large portions, we both took some home. D was our server, he essentially is a one man show and is very friendly and provided excellent attentive service. We did not have dessert but it is good. Try a cannaloni or tiramisu, it won’t disappoint."

"If you do happen to have a less-than-perfect experience, remember that it can happen anywhere from time to time. However, the Peppers team has always been accommodating and, in my experience, has done their best to address any issues. That level of service is truly commendable. The restaurant has a lively ambiance, and their dining rooms are great for hosting large parties, available for rent to suit various occasions. The bar area is vibrant, while the dining area provides a quieter atmosphere for guests who prefer a more relaxed setting. The owner, Sal, is a fantastic individual. "My wife and I wanted to eat breakfast on a Sunday morning in a different place. We decided on this diner because it has the oldtime diner look and we were not disappointed in that it did have the feel as well. All the indoor seating tables have a bright airy touch. There is a counter if you prefer to eat there. The service was instant. I had a short stack of whole wheat blueberry pancakes with coffee, the warm maple syrup in the metal pitcher was a nice touch. My wife had two eggs over-easy with bacon as well as coffee. We both were satisfied with our vittles. The clean bathrooms are downstairs. On a Sunday all metered parking is free and more than ample. Nice place for a change, Hastings is very quaint and great for a short Sunday stroll."

More like bread crumbs. Very courteous counter clerk/server. They do seem like having the equipment to bake nice Neapolitan pizza. Not sure why they don't? About 25% expensive."

"Italian food is another one of my favorites. Whenever I’m in the area I at least stop by for a slice of pizza. Their pizza is really delicious along with their pasta. Be careful when the pizza comes out of the oven as it is extremely hot. Most time I ask them not to make it so hot because I can’t wait to eat it. There is a seating area to consume your food. There is also seating for indoor dining. The service is fast and again the food is delicious. The staff are professional and friendly. There is a bar located downstairs where they play music, nice vibe to the place. The restaurant accepts cash and card for payment. They even deliver. There are restrooms located upstairs and downstairs. Give this place a try I’m sure you’ll like it."

"We got there for Father’s Day brunch at 11:15 with a party of seven adults and two children when we arrived, we were among the first people in the restaurant we placed our order right away. We specifically asked that the children’s order please be brought out as quickly as possible one being yogurt and fruit, which does not need to be cooked and the other was plain pasta we waited for over an hour  to be served and this was with constant pressuring the manager and the waiter there was some problem in the kitchen with Ari, which was never clarified, but that’s not really my problem anyway  The children left without eating because they cannot wait any longer and it was a horrible experience"

They were open continuously serving all day. We did not get there till like 4 pm late lunch early dinner for us"

"I’ve been eating at Original Joes for more years then I would like to admit and never had an issue, except for my last visit. My friend and I decided to each order the Eggs Benedict. When the dish’s arrived all we could see were overcooked somewhat burnt potato’s which seemed to have been reintroduced to the grill a few times to warm up. The English muffin was as delicate as a hockey puck, and should have used a steak knife to cut into it. Then there was an “essence” of Béarnaise sauce enough to give the plate the identity of eggs benedict. I will return but not for brunch, at least not for the eggs Benedict. Our server was super great!!"

About 45 minutes later after eating my first pizza and sharing it with a family member I ordered a second pizza pie for delivery through doordash. Marisa was so observative to notice that I had just ordered a pizza not long ago and gave me a free upgrade to a large pizza the second time around for free. Very kind of Marisa and the great pizza making team of Pizzarelli. "We used to love Libertores has been disappointing last few times- last night prompted me to write this. Keep in mind we consider ourselves regulars- however the owner has got to recognize us since we recognize him- yet treated like strangers every time. That's the start- drinks....we got our bar drinks( wine and a beer) glass of water- never once did the server come check to see if we needed a refill- until we were ready for the check-Bread- is this a new rule? No refills just 4 slices for 2 people- we are Italian- bread is a huge part of the meal. Sauce- since we are repeat customers- we know that the side of pasta is always dry- so we asked for a little extra sauce- got 2 tablespoons full....and was up-charged $2.00!!!! TWO DOLLARS FOR TWO TABLESPOONS!!! No even a ladel full... BTW- we were there at 4- only patrons in the place- to say disappointed is an understatement- during this time where people chose to spend their hard earned money and get a value meal- you may be better off cooking at home- cheaper and more delicious. just saying."

"This was my first time dining in with my father and my niece. So we got there around 3 pm. A guy at the door told us we could seat ourselves. The table was dirty, visible crumbs on the table and the seat. The menus were dirty. One of the pages had a sticky red substance all over it like syrup, which is alarming during COVID times. It 's clear that the menus do not get cleaned regularly they should be cleaned after each use. So then we put in our order for our appetizers, a few minutes later the waitress came back to tell us the appetizers we ordered were all 86 'd. So we picked spinach dip. Then we ordered our entrees. A few minutes later the waitress came back to let us know that the Lasagna (what my father ordered) had also been 86 'd. So instead of offering other options for him, she says I don 't blame you guys if you want to walk out right now. But not in a sincere way, she said it in a way insinuating that they don 't get many customers and it made us feel not welcomed. Our food was good dinner rolls were good, but I used to work in a restaurant. I don 't know any manager who would be ok with an employee telling customers to walk out and go somewhere else. Ultimately management should be held accountable. They need better training for staff to improve customer experiences, and cleanliness is definitely an issue. Most likely will not return to dine in, which sucked because I love Antone 's salads since I was little. The overall experience was disappointing."
