"This is our go-to sushi place in the area. We love Japanese food and have tried a lot of the other Japanese restaurants around but we keep coming back here. Huge variety of sushi rolls, unique appetizers, and traditional hot and cold Japanese dishes. Our favorites are the grilled squid (sauce on the side , their salmon teriyaki bento box (an excellent deal! and the house special Japanese fried rice (chock full of beef, chicken and really fresh jumbo shrimp . Favorite sushi is the Oakland Roll but all the other rolls are delicious too. A keeper for sure!"

"I ordered the Broccoli with Basil Brown Sauce and Brown Rice, along with the Tofu Salad Lunch Special, and I must say it was some of the best food I’ve ever had. Everything was incredibly fresh, high-quality, delicious, and expertly prepared. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more to the salad, but overall, you can’t go wrong with this place. I highly recommend it—10/10. Additionally, their website offers convenient cash delivery ordering."

"One of my go to spots for sushi in Orlando! I debated whether to review, because this place is already busy, so I didn't want to increase it's popularity and wait times lol. Faves: Tonkatsu Ramen Sushi Appetizer Bento Box with Steak Shrimp friedrice Tuna Avocado Salad Meh: Tuna or Salmon Tataki (not as flavorful like the picture looked) There's still so many itemsI want to try such as their conch salad, and ceviche! They have a wonderful variety of items and flavors. More deets: Nooutdoor seating limited bar space Long wait times. Even if you make a reservation, you'll wait 5 10 minutes to be sat. Allentrees and bento boxes include soup and salad."

"The restaurant has a very dedicated great staff. We were there on NYEve so it was unusually noisy filled with kids. Not the restaurant 's fault (and they did the best they could but there was a table with maybe 12 adults and they sat there kids (about 12 ages 3-15? at the table next to us. The kids didn 't eat, or sit but ran around like crazy while the adults didn 't supervise and and their meal. I felt bad for the restaurant who clearly had to 'accommodate ' this unruly crowd and even though there was a lot of people waiting for a hibachi table, the 'adult 's at the 'adult ' table didn 't care. In any case, once that group left, the noise and chaos subsided and we had a wonderful fun time. For the record there were several kids at our table who were well behaved. This large group was just awful. Maybe the restaurant should insist kids sit w/ their parents next time? The food was yummy and chefs a lot of fun. We will go back but will reconsider the NYEve visit. Or maybe go later than 9pm to avoid these large child-filled groups."

"Decor and ambience was very cool. Very inviting. We sat at the bar so we wouldn't have to wait. Someone helped us right away with drinks, appetizers, etc. She was very helpful and very attentive. We went all out and got some cocktails, beer, and sake bombs. The menu had a decent selection of drink options but alot of it was unavailable, which is understandable given the current supply chain issue. For appetizers we opted for the edamame (always a classic, always good),Thai coconut shrimp (to die for, a must of you're looking for a great app), and beef negimaki (I probably wouldn't order it again but I'm glad I tried it). Sooo many choices for Sushi Rolls! The problem with that is, you don't know what'sactually good! We ordered the Chef's special roll, Jaguar roll, Honey roll, and the table side presented Fire roll. I give these rolls a 3 out of 5, unfortunately. Presentation was good, I probably just failed to order the right ones thatwould personally hit the spot. We wanted to try one of the Thai main dishes so we selected the Pad Thai. One of my favorite noodle dishes. Wu's House did it justice. I'd say 4 out of 4. Enough tang and sweetness to satisfy my tastebuds! From the hibachi grill we got the steak, shrimp, and salmon combo with a couple of sides of golden sauce (aka egg yolk sauce). I'd say it was what to be expected of the hibachi presentation. Overall it was a great experience, goodservice, and good food! I would definitely go back to give the sushi rolls another chance."

"Just had dinner there tonight. I had the poki bowl which was so delicious. The chef was eyeing me from afar and I had no idea why. After I got my meal, then I realized why! He gave me so much fish. Much appreciated Mr. Chef!! It came with tons of salmon, yellowtail, avocado and seaweed salad. Mmmm... ready to go back tomorrow. The prices are pretty good for Irvington too. They are always welcoming there. The waitress has been working there forever and is friendly/knows everyone. This is our sushi place here and am never disappointed when I leave. The hibachi is good and all sushi/sashimi meals too. I definitely recommend!"

"It's no surprise that this restaurant is always busy! The sushi and sashimi we had were incredibly fresh. We ordered the Love Boat for two, along with a kani salad and some seafood fried rice. While the presentation of the Love Boat wasn't the fanciest, the freshness of everything made up for it. The service was excellent; our server kept us informed about our order and was very attentive to our additional requests. Overall, it was another great experience. Cheers!"

"This place is the best! The quality of the food that must be provided, and even the quantity they provide you at their price is amazing! Because now I can eat there more often! If you haven't had the chance to try them you need, you won't be disappointed!."

"I will not be returning to this restaurant. I tried to place a delivery order online, only to find out they only offer pick-up. When I called to clarify, since I had previously received delivery from them, I was told to use Doordash instead. However, when I placed my order through Doordash, I discovered there was a $100 limit, which I exceeded due to all the added fees and taxes. Now, two hours have passed since I started this process, and I’m still waiting in the parking lot for my food. I am very disappointed with their service."

"Fuji Mountain has become one of our Favorite Restaurants here in Monument Colorado. They are great for many occasions, we had family in town for the holiday and loved the Chef making fresh stir fry right in front of you. They are fun and entertaining. I love the interactive time you have with their local chefs. When the flames shoot high it is fun and exciting. It is located at 16064 Jackson Creek Parkway, Monument, CO, 80132.My wife and I often stop in for an affordable fresh lunch. The lunch box includes sushi, crab won ton, egg drop soup, fresh salad with ginger dressing, and a variety of beef, chicken, salmon, and scallop's.The food comes out fresh and hot. I have tried the sushi rolls as well and they are fantastic.Recently I have met clients there, friends from church and family there. It is family friendly, and handicap accessible. There is hot tea, soft drinks, or a variety of alcohol selections to meet everyone's needs. The staff is friendly and attentive. The dirty dishes are removed from in front of you, refills come often and they check to see if everything is prepared to your expectations.I would highly recommend Fuji mountain for takeout, dining in and any special occasion. Fresh delicious food at an affordable price. The flame flying off the grill for shrimp/ scallops, and Habacci Steak was fantastic tonight.Always a fun family night.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: The menu is helpful the staff can assist.Parking: Plenty of free parkingKid-friendliness: Families were enjoying meals while I was there.Wheelchair accessibility: The venue has wheelchair accessibility"

"Partner really liked his pepper steak, raved about the crunchy veggies tasty beef. I have been before and I always order a spicy dish. The owner took the order, and I specified I liked it spicy. Once again they look at me with my very pale pink skin, reddish brown hair and blue eyes and think I lied. Out comes my Thai basil chicken. They say it is medium spicy on the menu. I looked. I was very hungry. No chili flakes. I tasted, no chili oil. I looked again, where are the chilis? It was in a sauce the same as my husband's dish. Very sweet, no heat. Why so sweet, haiyaa! Thai basil? Where? Szechuan peppercorn? Nope. I am so hungry, but once again they serve me food about as spicy Yorkshire pudding, nursery Mac and cheese, tuna casserole. WHERE IS THE HEAT!!! THE SPICE??I want to like this place, hubby is so happy there. Alas. I asked why it is not spicy, and the very pleasant waitress brought a bowl of chilies in oil. Was this not available to the chef? I am tired of having to repair my food because it doesn't even match what is on the menu here.Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose fromWheelchair accessibility: Ground floor curbless entryway"
"First off, this is one of the Best Sushi experiences that I have had. The Omakase option is a must try. The artfulness, creativity and choice ingredients are extremely satisfying. Each piece is made with so much care and leaves you in a state of almost meditation, as you take in the experience. Chef Evan Lin is also one of the most personable people I have ever had serve me in that capacity. He is genuine and really takes his time to make sure you are having an experience worthy of praise. The vibe is very chill and low key making for a more intimate experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Omakase"

"I ordered the salmon tartare, which was supposed to be topped with black fish roe, as shown in the menu picture. Instead, I received chunks of salmon covered in some sort of seeds, and there was no fish roe at all. When I pointed this out to the waiter, I was told that the images are just for show and don’t represent what you actually get. Additionally, my wife's pineapple fried rice had no pineapple in it whatsoever. When we asked about the missing pineapple, the waiter informed us that the kitchen had forgotten to include it and offered to bring us raw pineapple instead. We declined and my wife ended up eating just a bit of the rice because she was hungry. We were still charged the full price. This restaurant is on my way home and I’ve tried it three times now, but it has been disappointing every time."

"I was here on Monday with a friend and we both liked our meals (she had pork katsu and I had the chicken katsu don). The chicken katsu don was very good, although I wish it had been crunchier. Generous portions, too. We ended the meal with the red bean tempura fried ice cream (Amazing and the banana tempura. I recommend both highly. The service was underwhelming but not bad. I will definitely be returning to this place for what I'm sure will be another delicious meal."
