"Fuji Mountain has become one of our Favorite Restaurants here in Monument Colorado. They are great for many occasions, we had family in town for the holiday and loved the Chef making fresh stir fry right in front of you. They are fun and entertaining. I love the interactive time you have with their local chefs. When the flames shoot high it is fun and exciting.It is located at 16064 Jackson Creek Parkway, Monument, CO, 80132.My wife and I often stop in for an affordable fresh lunch. The lunch box includes sushi, crab won ton, egg drop soup, fresh salad with ginger dressing, and a variety of beef, chicken, salmon, and scallop's.The food comes out fresh and hot. I have tried the sushi rolls as well and they are fantastic.Recently I have met clients there, friends from church and family there. It is family friendly, and handicap accessible.There is hot tea, soft drinks, or a variety of alcohol selections to meet everyone's needs.The staff is friendly and attentive. The dirty dishes are removed from in front of you, refills come often and they check to see if everything is prepared to your expectations.I would highly recommend Fuji mountain for takeout, dining in and any special occasion. Best part of this place was the service but overall wasn't a good place when it came to food quality. Portions are humongous so, share the plate! This is a wannabe Benihana's that knows it can't get to their level.

They were super nice. We showed up 1 hour before closing with a party of 15. They served us with a smile and didn't make us feel rushed, even though we didn't finish for 10 or 15 minutes after they were closed. Food was delicious.

Im so confused by these reviews- we almost chose not to come! I’m SO Glad we did. The food was cooked perfectly. We had sushi and hibachi. Our chef was fun for our kids, quick and friendly. We were concerned about how dark the inside of this restaurant was when we walked in. It was after lunch, and the place was empty. We ordered some Sushi, but it was not very good (razor-thin layer of fish with a lot of rice). My son ordered Panang Curry , and after a few bites, he found found a worm in his food. We stopped eating immediately with disappointment and in total shock.What a disgusting place!

We’ve been here before so we decided to come back for some hibachi. The host was extremely rude, gave us attitude when we asked questions and slammed a pencil on our menus when we were sitting down. Since we went last, they changed the menu to NOT include fried rice with the hibachi. They want you to pay $2.95 extra for something that traditionally comes with the meal FOR FREE. We got up and walked out. Scamming with a side of rudeness, no thanks!
