"You know you are in a good, authentic place when the food literally transports you to your grandmother's house when you were a child. The black bean soup had this fantastic combination of ingredients that I have not found anywhere but in my grandma's kitchen. That soup, by itself, was worth the trip. The sword fish appetizer was very good and the pisco sour was fantastic (I know, pisco sour is not Mexican, but in any case, it was very refreshing and perfectly mixed). Price wise, well you are in NYC ... 'nough said."

"the food and the atmosphere were wonderful, but the service was incredibly slow. I am not hastened for, but there were very long pauses between the curses and after eating we were sitting in front of us for at least minutes with empty before our server brought our leak. I also ordered coffee with dessert, but we're done halfway away with dessert before our server remembered that she hadn't brought it out. the server was incredibly nice, but just a bit overwhelmed it seems. So I would definitely recommend for eating and ambiente, but the service left something to wish."

"*The best restaurant and food experience in San Francisco* This was my 2nd time going, and this time my wife I brought 3 friends who were visiting from out of town. After our first trip in August, I knew I had to bring our friends here for dinner. It's hard to find a reservation at Rich Table (rightfully so), but Resy notifications helped me secure a reservation at 9:45pm on a Friday night. Arrived and got seated 10 minutes early; the service from right when you walk in throughout the whole night was outstanding. The hostess helped us order drinks right away. Shoutout to Erika who was our server both times. She's great and felt like a friend. We ordered a handful of drinks and food, but I Recommend ordering the Oysters, Beef Dumplings, Doughnuts, Lo Mein, and Duck Confit with Cornbread (not pictured). The chef even brought us out our entrees, that was a nice touch. We didn't have room for dessert, but the dessert menu itself looked appetizing as well. There a lot of hyped up restaurants in San Francisco (and rightfully so), but Rich Table is at or near the top of that list."

"We were dining at db Bistro prior to heading to the theater, celebrating my daughter's and my sister's I cannot say enough about what a lovely experience we had. The staff was so attentive, of us had special dietary needs and the staff went out of their way to be helpful, they really went above and beyond. The food was delicious too. My only comment would be to have more than one entree choice that is vegetarian"

"Tried twice. Identical experience. Great snacks. Wines by the glass are always interesting to pick but also quite low in quality. The offer by the glass is very minimalistic. Service temperatures are not great for whites that come out too cold to be assessed. Menu lacks critical information about the wines such as alcohol content, and even sometimes the precise name of the bottle. This approximation carries over to the service.I learn while doing research at home on what I drank from the website that 3% fee for kitchen service is included. Nice idea but more transparency or a call out on the receipt in the dimly lit space would have been adequate."

Some of the best burgers and fried chicken our party has ever had. #2 servers were very nice and tried to be helpful but I personally think they were not trained at all. 2 Menus and 1 said coffee was 5$ and the other said 4$ ... I asked waitress and she had no clue. Next each menu item says Gluten Free Option available upon request. I asked for the burger and asked what the gluten free option was ...server said UM. We have gluten free things like salad and ummm if it has a GF symbol we have it in GF. I replied that I wanted to know what the gluten free option for the burger was...server replied um ... and asked another person and they said a whole wheat bun "

"I was disappointed upon entering yet another cement floor industrial space hipster wanna be restaurant. I miss a cozier restaurant environment, where you can have a quiet conversation, and digest your meal in peace. The chicken liver mousse with carmelized onion was delicious but two slices of bread was not enough for an entire container of mousse. It would have been nice to have some flat bread to spread the mousse. The toast was fine but I don't think it complimented the mouse. The baby octopus was delicious, however the accompanying veggies had an odd vinegar flavor. The seared scallops were perfect but would have like to see more than two on the plate. The noise level was not conducive to meaningful conversation."

"I was called by Tom George to let me know that they were not going to be serving brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to reschedule for dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday as I scheduled to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant did not call the next day and I decided I will not try to eat there again. So on Sunday I went to LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel where we had a lovely dinner which I knew I would because I have been there before.I do not know whose responsibility it is on Open Table to be sure the information about a restaurant is up to date and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me at any restaurant before."

"I must say I found this place because they were on the Michelin leader. do not let the lack of staring them fool - a technique that excludes pizza this place from considering for a star, is really the only reason. I was greeted by cheerful hosts, although I was a solo dinner. I found an immediate place in the bar and goth is thanks for it - the best part of the experience was the personal, charismatic barkeeper and server that check on them and refill drinks as they go, really flawless service. the location is gorgeous, ambient lighting, futuristic designs that decorate the bar, and the flame of the pizza oven that offers additional heady vibes. the cocktails were any remarkable, unique and tasty- eating has bleededed me absolutely. prosciutto and knochenmark to begin (don't miss them, too! 36 hours brat boarback with crispy broccolini and a heavenly, decadent-spessed sauce drowned over caramelized feigen. "The steakhouse was good overall with a few problems. First, the salads were subpar. The wedge salad was small, the thick chunk bacon undercooked and very cold, and the dressing was not only thin but was more like bottled bottled ranch than a good blue cheese that one would expect. We had the filet, medrare and it was excellent. Seasoned well, seared well and cooked appropriately. The sides were good, but nothing particularly unique. The wine list is large and contains some very good selections.The prices are what you would expect at a hotel restaurant inflated a bit. The ambiance is decent but would be very loud if the room were full. We disliked the size of the table for It was too large to have a comfortable conversation without being loud enough for those sitting next to you to hear every word. I would recommend but with some warnings about the smaller issues"

"We had dinner at Cornerstone once before and we liked it right away. Service, food and ambience are good. This second time we had an early dinner and got there at 5pm on Saturday with only a few people by the bar. We sat by the kitchen and it was a great experience watching the chef and his team in action. My wife is kind of a clean freak person and the only disappointment was seeing one of the guys not handling things properly a few times. Other than that the please is great."

"Staff were super! The very young handsome bartender didn 't know how to make my '80s drink but that was ok. I got something else and he made it a double. I got the brisket sliders and they were soooo good. Nice and juicy. They came with a side of sweet potato fries. Yummy! Served with two tiny squirt bottles of bbq sauce. . . just tried the spicy one cause that 's me . Everything was good and there was live music. Had a great evening! To feel so cared for at a restaurant by a total stranger was heartwarming and I can’t say thank you enough. I am still at a loss for words to fully describe the impact that night had on me. Jeff is phenomenal at what he does and how he does it, Barcelona is very lucky to have him! Dietary restrictions: The staff is always happy to let you know which dishes can be made vegan!"

"So this is particularly difficult to write as this restaurant has been one of our favorite spots for a few years now. We 've been here on a date night, family outing and hanging out with friends and it was always top notch! However we dined here again this week and what a disappointment the service was. To make it even worse, I recommended this place and came with a group of friends that were dining here for the first time and I just felt downright embarrassed. We waited about half hour just to get our drink order taken. Then learned 10 minutes later that two of the cocktails couldn 't even be made so spent another 10 minutes waiting for a revised order to be taken. Water was never offered and we finally asked for it half way through the dinner. We literally sat at an empty table for about an hour which had never happened before. When the food and drinks did come out, everything was absolutely delicious. My hat 's off to the chef! To add insult to injury, we were hit with automatically-added 20% tip included in the total of our bill for a party of 5. The quality of service we received definitely did not earn the 20%. It breaks my heart, but I think I 'll stay a way for a while until you sort your service out and find your way back to being the awesome place we loved for years."

"Went for Downtown Dining Week. This restaurant was on the $35 list, however service was significantly below that level. There was a long wait between courses, but plates were not cleared off the table until the next course arrived. Our server appeared very disinterested in our table. It also took a long time for drink orders to be delivered. New silverware was not provided and I was explicitly asked to remove my fork from the plate so the server could clear the plate. The food was decent to good, but nothing special. None of these issues would be that bad had they not all occurred or had the restaurant been on the $25 list instead."

"Ate here w our kids and had a nice meal. Kids had a buffet designed for them which worked out great and. Ore higher end restaurants should heed this call. $15 each but included lots of choices which kids love as well as deserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a bit overdone and a bit tasteless. My wife had the filet which was served over a tomatoe based medley of zucchini and squash which really didn't go with it very well. Read reviews and told side of Russell sprouts was roasted but they arrived steamed and again tasteless. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. Ate at pacific grille the night before and that meal was a lot tastier."

"A group of us stuck in Mickey Land for a convention were looking for a Sunday brunch spot. Oskars in Waldorf sounded like what we wanted and off we went. While I'm not a fan of buffets, this one looked amazing, with more variety than usual including a smoked salmon bar, ham bar, and honey dripping from a honeycomb! There were a lot of families with kids so it was a bit noisy but that didn't really affect ... everything the group of 4 tried we loved. Only two things that were a little strange was that the cost of the buffet only included mimosas, not **** Marys and no eggs Benedict on the buffet. However, what impressed me most was the commitment to making the customer happy. When I got to the salmon bar it was empty even though two staff members I asked told me it would be replenished. When I mentioned it to our waiter he came back and said they were going out which was disappointing. The manager came over apologetically and said they even sent Hikton next door but they were out until Monday ... not what I wanted to hear. 15 minutes later the manager appeared with a plate of the best smoked salmon I've had in a long time ... THAT is service."
