"A North Indian style punjabi, more previously) restaurant, a pretty new addition to NWA food scene. The inside is neat, and tidy including the restroom. Everything is new, the plates, silverwares and table mats are clean. The staff are also cool. We ordered Bhalla papdi chat, and dahi puri. Dahi puri was average, and the Bhalla papdi chat was pretty decent. At least, everything was fresh and crisp. Taste wise, I was missing something, but again, chat is very regional and personal. I like it loaded with date- tamarind, but others might not. So it’s understandable. The masala tea was too milky for me. I love ‘kadak’ chai stronger in taste, less sweet, fragrant with green cardamom). Again this is a personal preference, so can’t really complain. In the main course, we ordered garlic naan with butter chicken. The butter chicken was yum! I have had a good butter chicken after ages. Taste wise it was so balanced. The tandoori chicken arrived a bit later. It was decent, nothing over the top. They served two leg quarters, which was pretty good amount. The other day I went back for kulcha in the weekend. The kulcha came with chhole garbanzo beans). The kulcha a typical flatbread with some stuffing) was great. The aloo paratha and another paneer/ gobi paratha was good too. All these parathas were served with raita. We requested for some pickles and the owner/ staff gave us some home- made one. It was good, but I expected some spicy and hot pickle. They sell some fresh sweets in the counter too. We bought some rasmalai back home. It’s decent, little grainy and too sweet, tastes like a home made one.Overall, I’m pretty hopeful about this place, and highly recommend others to give it a try. Their service is a bit slow. So go there with some time in hand. At least it’s good that, they are serving fresh."

"So where can I start? This place definitely deserves 5 stars in my opinion if the rubric includes nasty food, expired table condiments, and our server was higher than a kite, I mean you'd have to be to work at a place like that but still. The experience was so negative right from when we walked in. My buddy had a coffee in his hand, and the dude managing the seating comes running up to prevent him from proceeding any further as if we're trying to sneak in supplies to Ukraine and Putin here won't have any of it. So my buddy ends up making the cold and lonely walk back to his car to put his coffee away, but he should've just gotten in his car and left while he had the chance to escape. Once we're seated, the baked potato of a server comes up to us asking what we'd like to order, so we hand off our drink and app requests and leave her to her thing. About 15 minutes later, she comes back with our appetizers (chicken dumplings and lamb dumplings). The chicken dumplings were okay, but the lamb lol! The lamb tasted not only like they forgot to season the meat, but as if they tried to find the most diseased and and weakest creature possible. The stench that emanated from this dumpling after being cut open reminded me of why I refrain from non poultry dishes at indian/pakistani restaurants. Overall, the food was disgusting and filled with MSG. We all started getting hot flashes 5 minutes into dining. The service was mediocre, but I don't blame our server. I would do something to numb the pain of having to work at that establishment somehow too. The entertainment they provide was very fun though. Seeing elder women arguing with each other and people continuously swatting flies out of their food had me dying.....until the flies continued their tour towards our table. Please don't go to this place. It's not worth it. Save the money and hit up the slot machine shop across the street if you want cheap thrills and a disappointing night."

"Disappointing Decline in Taste and Service at Inchin's Bamboo GardenI have been a regular patron of Inchin's Bamboo Garden, a restaurant known for its Indo-Chinese cuisine. However, I must express my disappointment with the recent decline in taste and quality, which has left me with a less-than-satisfactory dining experience.During my most recent visit, I ordered the fried rice and vegetable coins, commonly known as veg Manchurian. To my dismay, the vegetable coins were overcooked and had a bitter taste. Additionally, the portion size was disappointingly small, especially considering the relatively high prices. It's disheartening to pay a premium for a dish and receive such a meager serving.Furthermore, the staff's response to concerns about the vegetable coins was far from satisfactory. They offered no solution to the issue of the coins soaking up all the curry, resulting in dry coins. To add insult to injury, they demanded an additional $5 to make the dish slightly soupy. This pricing strategy felt unjustified and left a negative impression. The lack of proper utensils, particularly the shortage of medium-sized plates, was quite unpleasant for take out orders. The ambiance may be pleasant, but it cannot compensate for the unfriendly service and subpar food quality. It is concerning that the restaurant does not take responsibility for any mishaps, often report absence of the manager, whenever you ask for one.Inchin's Bamboo Garden's inconsistency in taste and service is disheartening. The only reason they seem to survive is the absence of nearby competition. However, once a new competitor emerges, I have no doubt that their decline will be permanent.Overall, I regret to say that I can no longer recommend Inchin's Bamboo Garden based on my recent experiences. The restaurant's deteriorating taste, portion size, and service quality overshadow any positive aspects, making it a less-than-desirable dining option."

"I have no idea what happened to this place and honestly it is very disappointing because this is used to be one of my favorite places to eat in the area whenever I was in town for work. Their quality of food has taken a terrible nose dive and I have no idea why. We recently decided to visit this place on my trip to the area and we were shocked at the mediocre quality of food that was served to us. A clear and opposite image of what it used to be once upon a time. We ordered 4 items of their menu and and below are the details of every item: 1) The chicken tacos: used way too much ginger which overpowered the whole dish. The taco shells were too hard and they just put way too much tomato in it. 2/5 2) Mongolian Beef: If they had a little saving grace, it was this dish. It tasted okay but the beef was way too chewy. Not what it used to be before 3/5 3) Chili Garlic Hakka noodles: Straight up deceiving. The pictures on the menu and the little news article they had printed out of the item was nothing similar to what was served to us. Hakka noodles are supposed to be dry and flavorful. The noodles served to us were overcooked, mushy and it had a gravy texture. This is not what Hakka noodles is supposed to be. 2/5 4) Chicken lettuce wrap: This was a nightmare. I have no idea what was the chef thinking when he decided to serve this to us on a plate instead of throwing it straight in the garbage bin. It was literally mush served to us on a plate with barely any chicken. They just decided to throw in tons of veggies. It lacked flavor, salt, and everything one can think of in “chicken lettuce wrap”. It was so terrible that I almost threw up. I had it returned. The manager came up to me and asked me “what was wrong” and I asked him to try it. He looked disappointed and was nice enough to not charge me for it. I am so disappointed that the quality of food has fallen so much at this place. I really hope they get their stuff right and are back to their glory days"
