"I had high expectations for this restaurant. As you can see in the picture, the portion sizes are quite large. Unfortunately, the food lacks flavor. The macaroni salad is completely bland, and the steamed vegetables and rice are simply unseasoned. The pork was dry, and the chicken was just okay. Overall, the best way to describe the meal is "flat"—no salt, no seasoning at all. The sauce that accompanied the dish was a strange, gelatinous mess, making it nearly inedible. On a positive note, the staff is friendly, although the kitchen was a bit slow for a fast-casual setting; it took about 15 minutes, but at least the food was served hot. The counter staff were great, but I won't be returning. Oh, and I did have to deal with a cockroach crawling towards me on the floor, so there's that as well."
