"I really don't understand why they even have a deli. Half the time you go in, it's closed. I visited today and asked if the deli was open; the guy behind the counter rolled his eyes and started to get up, only to change his mind and sit back down. He told me that the deli worker had been gone for 30 minutes and he had no idea where he went. It honestly seemed like the guy just didn’t want to do his job and preferred to send me away. This is now the fourth time I've been in over different days, and each time, the person behind the counter has refused to look up from his phone and has told me the deli is closed."

"The wings I had last night were absolutely delicious, so I had to double-check. I've been coming here for over 20 years, and the staff have always been polite. It’s understandable that they’re often very busy from open until close, so they don’t focus much on appearances. The food is fantastic. I usually order pasta with meatballs or sausages, the cheeseries, and I enjoy their small pizzas because of the crust. Their best items are definitely the pizza bar and wings. Highly recommended for local takeout. They also accept orders up until closing time. I’ve tried to place orders 15 to 20 minutes before closing, and sometimes they don’t respond or let me know they can’t take orders anymore—I understand they need to close on time."

"If I could give them a zero I would. First false advertisement. They have a posting for 2 medium pies for ten dollars upon purchase you receive 2small pies for twelve dollars. Price changes for delivery although the pamphlet says free delivery. I ordered a large pie and was given the same small pie I would 've been given for the two for $9.99 (or should I say $12. As a fan of Indian cuisine, I opted for the meal for one, which included Butter Chicken, Naan Bread, chickpeas, and rice. The naan bread was warm, soft, and simply delicious. My only tiny quibble would be that I could have used a bit more of the naan bread. However, considering the affordable price of the meal (only $20 for a full serving), the additional charge of $2.50 to $3.00 for extra naan bread seemed reasonable.The overall quality of the food was outstanding, and I couldn't help but be thoroughly impressed. "I wouldn't suggest ordering from this restaurant. I placed an order for four wings and a salad, but instead, I received a salad and rice—where's the meat? When I called to voice my concern, the staff appeared disinterested until I requested to speak with the manager. Eventually, he offered a rather unhelpful resolution, saying, "If you ever order again, I’ll add extra chicken to your order." This was incredibly frustrating! It's a quarantine period; they shouldn't be that busy."

"1. The fish sandwich was loaded with bones from what seemed like a low-quality fish. One of my companions took a bite and ended up with a bone lodged in their throat. When I examined the fish, I found it was filled with dozens of bones. I was relieved it wasn’t one of the kids who ate it, or anyone who could have had a serious choke hazard. 2. The beef patties appeared to have been reheated so many times that they were rock hard, tough, and burnt; they were simply inedible. 3. The banana pudding was a complete letdown – it tasted like a cheap box mix, possibly Jello brand? It had that artificial flavor of preservatives and chemicals. 4. The mashed potatoes weren't made from real potatoes either; they were dry flakes or powder, even with gravy on top, they were unappetizing. The only items that seemed fresh were the bun and the tomato on the sandwich. My family has owned several restaurants and diners across three countries, and I grew up in a seafood restaurant where I enjoyed fresh seafood daily. I'm coming from a place of experience and often recommend quality restaurants at various price points in our area. I try to support small, independently owned businesses, akin to those that my family has had."

"I drove quite a distance from Riverdale for a sub, but this was my last visit. They've started charging to use debit cards, which is frustrating. They also sell 1-liter sodas that expire on March 25th for $3.50, and they charge $1.25 for a small portion of jalapeños. I've decided to take my business elsewhere for good."

"With nearly endless sushi restaurants in Central Florida, this is not one that will stay in my memory. The restaurant is fairly dark and drab, servers spent most of their time loudly talking and laughing amongst themselves, and the food wasn’t great. The salad was literally just a bowl of iceberg lettuce with a peculiar dressing that was very wet and bland. I only ate a couple bites. I ordered the pick 3 roll combo from a fairly limited list of roll choices and the rolls weren’t particularly adeptly made, there were a couple bald spots where the nori wasn’t covered with rice, and the ingredients were unevenly distributed through the rolls. Perhaps the biggest issue is that I ordered a shrimp cream cheese roll, and it is very obvious to me that they used imitation krab in the roll instead of shrimp. That is crazy cheap."

"Mrs. Flip Out met a friend for lunch and they really enjoyed trying Jerusalem. Mrs. Flip Out said the gyro sandwich was delicious and it filled without ordering any pages. She said both sauces were great and everything was great. Her friend had the Gyro combo that came with French fries and she tried Turkish coffee. It was very strong, but good. She forgot to get a photo of baklava, but she said it was amazing and not too sweet. Mrs. Flip Out recommends Jerusalem if you like Mediterranean food and want to go back soon."

"Edit to add: lately the rudest people seem to work there now. Done done done. I come here 2-3 times a week. I am now just so done with making excuses for them that I am going to share what I have experienced 95% of the time. 1 time my order was correct. When coming here do not ask for any changes, for example no onions etc. They don't follow directions well. Never ever order a salad unless you are prepared for it to be made how they want it. Always pay extra for salad dressing because they do not know how to fill up the cups. It's either half full or 1/3 full and ALWAYS before you put dressing in your salad you will need to drain ALOT of water out of it. I used to always say maybe it's because they are busy or maybe they forgot because I am not one to ever post a review but I have spent so much money on this place, I'm just done."

"Used to be a great place to pick up a quick dinner... Never again, always melted shakes. Orders are not correct.. Have tried 3 different times now. Tonight is just the icing on the cake. Took 30 minutes to get my meal. The sandwiches were not made correctly, ordered broken onion rings and recieved regular onion rings. "I rarely ever leave reviews for anything, however Hooks is by far the best restaurant for the incredible food at unbelievable low prices. I have always loved Gyros, I have been going to Grecian Delight for over 20 years because I love their Gyros. Until I ordered one from Hooks about 6 months ago. Hooks Gyro is HUGE, and so incredibly delicious! Nothing can compare to the inc taste and the gigantic size. They are bigger than burrito that you get from Hot Heads, they are loaded with a ton of delicious meat then topped with fresh lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and cucumber sauce. I order one at least once a week and could never get tired of them because they really do taste that amazing. For around $12 you are getting a gyro so large it is almost impossible to eat all of it at once and fries are included. You can barley get a nasty combo meal at the chain restaurants for that price. I also LOVE their breaded mushrooms! Hooks is amazing. Im not sure how it is possible but it tastes better every time I eat there. I recommend Hooks to absolutely loves delicious quality food, and thank God they keep it so affordable too."

"I would recommend avoiding the NY-style chicken over rice at this restaurant. It seems like they may be coloring the rice orange and topping it with tiny, flavorless pieces of chicken that could be leftovers from other dishes or even from uneaten food left by customers. They try to disguise it with white sauce and lettuce, but it’s just not good. I was extremely disappointed to find almost no chicken at all! However, I have heard good things about their sandwiches. So, if I decide to order from them again, I’ll definitely steer clear of the chicken over rice."
