"Used to be a great place to pick up a quick dinner... Never again, always melted shakes. Orders are not correct.. Have tried 3 different times now. Tonight is just the icing on the cake. Took 30 minutes to get my meal. The sandwiches were not made correctly, ordered broken onion rings and recieved regular onion rings. The milkshakes were melted to the point of ....might have just been chocolate milk. The cheese burgers didn't have guess what CHEESE!!! THIS IS NOT THE SWENSON'S I USED TO LOVE!!!"

Swensons it's an Akron staple. The galley boy is their signature burger. They also have milkshakes, fries, chicken nuggets, grilled cheese, hot dogs, and the normal fast food items. Food items. Service is generally fairly speedy, but if you come during peak hours it does get a bit crowded.

Been coming to this Swenson’s for 40 plus years with my papa and today was the best service I’ve ever gotten. My server evan was the bomb.com. He suggested I try the fried bologna with galley boy sauces and it was CRAZY. Evan was super handsome too. I’ll be back as soon as the election is over
