"My wife and I now have a new favorite Pizza shop! This morning, I called and asked for several breakfast strombolis (2 regular egg, bacon, and cheeses and 1 veggie with eggs . I asked that they be almost completely cooked , as we were going to be serving them a few days later at aa get-together. This was our first time ordering with Uncle Joe 's and the lady taking orders could not have been more friendly and helpful! Our order was ready for pick-up just as I arrived and the gentleman cooking had just boxed the last one for our order. Super friendly staff, beautiful food (smells yummy! , and super clean restaurant! 5 stars!"

"I live nearby and order often. We sometimes order the other menu items outside of pizza which are usually of good quality but the pizza? I love it, it is one of my favorites. I have many occasions when I order delivery on a pizza and it literally is at my door within 20 minutes of the call. The delivery drivers are always hustling, smiling, and take the time to say hello to my kids when they come to the door."

"Just about everything that could go wrong with our most recent order at this pizzeria did.I ordered a 14 sausage and cheese pie along with a 10 mushroom and sausage gluten-free pie. Both pizzas were delivered with no utensils or even a bag, 20 minutes late, lukewarm, and the 14 sausage and cheese pizza was just a plain cheese pizza. It tasted bland, and the cheese was a mess, falling off everytime I pulled out a slice.This place still owes me $5 for toppings I paid for that never came. I messaged the pizzeria last night, but have yet to hear back. I'm just grateful I live in NYC, where the choices for pizzerias are plentiful. Unfortunately, this one just lost two customers."

"Ordered the beef fried rice. It was quite possibly the blandest dish I've ever had in any restaurants. Additionally the rice we're hard, the peas and carrots were hard and undercooked, and the beef were of questionable quality. Should've known better after looking at other reviews. I do not recommend the place to anyone."

"I have ordered the delivery, also din-in and execution. the sushi is always fresh and eating is the best to Chinese and thai in this opposite and environment. the server are lovely and appeasing. the orderings are made with accuracy and eating is made with care. the restaurant itself is always clean and tidy including the bathroom. I really mean, I can't say enough good things about this place. it's just wonderful. I added the full images of the lunch menu and will get the full images of the diner menu at the next visit (which will be this week). happy sushi!"

"I was genuinely impressed by the food I ordered, which is rare for fast food. The crispy chicken was freshly cooked and served hot, while the extra lettuce and tomato were crisp and chilled. The bun was both fresh and perfectly toasted, and the fries were hot and fresh as well. Usually, when I eat fast food, there's always something off – limp fries or a cold sandwich, for instance. However, at this Jack in the Box location, everything was spot on. I will definitely choose this location over our local McDonald's or Wendy's in the future. I left feeling satisfied, especially given that one meal cost nearly $12. Thank you!"

"This restaurant provides fast, friendly, and exceptional customer service. During my visit, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, curly fries, and a drink that was half Coke and half Diet Coke. Unlike other restaurants that charge extra for ranch and BBQ sauce, this location does not. Rosie and Morgan, two Jack In The Box team members, are my favorites and are always there to assist me with a smile and enthusiastic attitude. A helpful tip: if you're still hungry, try adding on 2 tacos with tomatoes and an Oreo cookie milkshake - you won't be disappointed! Furthermore, the restaurant is always kept clean and there are no homeless individuals loitering around like at other places. Without a doubt, this is one of my favorite fast food spots in Laguna Hills."

"To my surprise, the burgers we had were even better than those from Wendy's. I should note that I'm not usually a fan of fast-food burger joints, except for In-N-Out. Since the pandemic, my family and I haven't gone out much. However, we found ourselves near a Wendy's close to a hospital where we needed to visit someone. My relatives asked me to grab some food from there, as they had Biggie Bags available, which included chicken nuggets, fries, and burgers of your choice. They shared the food with us, and honestly, it felt like a wonderful experience after years of limited outings—specifically 8 years. My husband asked me to take him to Jack in the Box, where he ordered a double cheeseburger with stuffed jalapeño peppers. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything we tried was."

"I usually hit this spot every other Tuesday after a class nearby, and this is the first time I’ve actually used the bathroom, I don’t know if it is always like this, but holy moly what an “experience.”The floor was wet (you can see my footprint from the toilet to the camera), the urine in the toilet (not mine), the soiled paper towels/tissues on the floor and overall aroma of strong dehydrated urine. Like, I’m pretty sure the urine smell is from the floor, urine on the floor.It was sticky, gross and made me not want to even order food, as my appetite subsided quite a bit. I got the hell out of there and proceeded to order, but maybe a more thorough check and an hourly check (as it’s advertised) would be beneficial. Also, replacing the dusty Glade scent automatic sprayer on top of the paper towel dispenser that is “spraying” an empty canister…My oh my."

"We are sushi lovers and enjoy dining at various places in Tampa and wherever our travels take us. Not every sushi restaurant hits the mark, but this one definitely does! We ordered the execution, and it was ready in just 15 minutes. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered great value. Their menu features a fantastic selection of sushi and hibachi, catering to everyone's tastes. We tried a sashimi combo, several rolls, spring rolls, and dumplings, and everything was fantastic. "The woman at the cashier, named Andrea was very rude. She refused to speak English and even though I spoke to her in Spanish she still didn 't get my order right. I ordered two 3 piece spicy chicken strips combo and she charged me up for one. When she gaveme my change back it was the change for only one order and the receipt was also for one. She rudely blamed me for ordering wrongwhen even the person I was with witnessed me order two. She got bothered and didn 't want to ring me up. When i gave her themoney for the second order, she refused to take it. She said she couldn 't because she didn 't have any change. My first job wasfast food and we never EVER refuse service to anyone because of lack of change. There is always change, even with the shortage . She looked at me and my friend up and down and was rude the entire time and refused to speak English eventhough weboth talked to her in english. She automatically rang our order as Carry out but we were dining in. Andrea is a terrible fastfood customer service worker and jack in the box should reconsider her position at jack in the box. Side note: this jack in thebox has dirty tables and floors"

"I haven 't been here for quite a while. Went thru the drive thru around 7:00pm Sunday. Waited a little bit to get the food. We did receive our order and everything was correct EXCEPT for the most important in fast food???? The condiments! I specifically asked the guy working if the sauce for Egg Rolls was in the bag and the Hot Sauce for the tacos. He said Yes they are on the bottom of the bag. Trusting him, I went home..gave the food to my family and get yelled at about why is there 'Avocado Lime Sauce for Egg Roll! ' AND only 1 for 2 orders. REALLY? and No Hot Sauce for tacos just some weird other sauce. So Disappointing!! You guys have 1 job to do..1 and get paid for it. And to top it off I paid quite a penny for my meal! That 's what 's upsetting and I 'm not going to drive all the way back for Sauce which I would probably get charged for since they say..Extra Sauce is an Extra Charge. Really? If you get it right the first time..."

"No stars is what I would prefer to give, but Yelp doesn 't allow that ...Order taken adequately. Given cups for drinks. Turn to our left to discover lobby drink machine completely inoperative. Wait at counter to report this. Manager walks by tells counter girl, who is also covering a lengthy drive through line, find out what they want . Twice. Once we were able to tell the counter girl this, she acted surprised, and took our drink orders. Our drinks took more than 5 minutes to be returned to us, probably because the poor counter/drive through girl was so busy without managerial support. While waiting for drinks, observed burger, fries, tacos on counter waiting for other items. For well over 5 minutes. Getting cold and congealed. Once we finally received our order, everything was cold. When we returned tacos as cold and chewy, a MANAGER told us well there is a timer . No apology. Though they did remake the tacos, the replacements were undercooked, and marginally better than the originals. Worst Jack in the Box experience ever, and I have been a customer since the mid-70 's. Shame on you for allowing this experience. By the way, while we were in the dining room for a lengthy time due to slow service, NO ONE came out to check the inoperative drink machine."
