"I recently dined at this restaurant for brunch and was thoroughly impressed. The price per person was between $20 and $30, which I found to be quite reasonable for the quality of food and service. Speaking of which, both the food and service were impeccable, earning a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also delightful, with a cozy and inviting ambiance. Additionally, there was plenty of parking available, with the option of parking for free in the parking lot. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to others."

"I had a fantastic breakfast yesterday with my daughter and grandson! We wanted to sample a few dishes from the new Wonka menu as well. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding! Our server, Evelyn, was the friendliest server I’ve encountered in quite some time. She truly made my day with her kindness and personal touch! I hadn't visited IHOP in a while, but we’ll definitely be returning!"

When she brought our ticket she refilled my drink. She nevercame back even though my cup was empty after ordering a spicy food I was drinking my tea quickly. "The meat was undercooked and unpleasant, the bacon was terrible. The Big Steak Omelette was chewy and had a terrible flavor. The steak quality was the worst. The hashbrowns were not tasty and poorly cooked. We did not finish our order, and the pancakes were not very good either. The eggs in the split decision were overcooked, and the scrambled eggs were watery. Overall, a terrible experience at IHOP."

"It seems they have improved there menu and quantity of food for your money. Used to be that all the chain coffee shops like I hop and Denny's etc really scaled back on the value for your . "We visited this IHOP location after checking out the lights at Tanglewood. Although we arrived close to closing time, it was about an hour before they shut down. The restaurant had the standard IHOP layout and appeared clean. However, they were significantly understaffed; it seemed like there was only one person handling both the dining room and the hostess duties, which resulted in slow service. After waiting about 20 minutes to place our orders, our food took another 40 minutes to arrive, indicating that the kitchen might also have been short-staffed. We tried items from the Wonka menu, and the lemonade was fantastic—refreshing and tasty. The cotton candy was light, flavorful, and fluffy. My burger was interesting but seemed to be missing a few ingredients that were listed on the menu. It wasn’t bad, but given the timing and the slow service, I didn’t feel it was worth asking for a correction. That said, the dish would have definitely benefited from having all its intended components. The pancakes were enjoyable—very sweet, but that was to be expected from the menu! Overall, I didn’t anticipate a gourmet experience at IHOP, and the food was decent. However, small changes could have elevated this visit from just okay to much better."

"we had dinner there last week and everything was in order until it was time to pay the bill. we were presented the bill at the table and left a tip and went to the front to pay. after more than 5 minutes to watch how employees of us go and ignore us, we finally went back to the restaurant and found someone who helps us. After we told them we wanted to pay our bill, they told us that they only made credit card payments at the front and we had to go back and sit at our table and someone would be over to take our payment. we stand there with cash in the hand and they refuse to pay? There have been 5 more groups waiting to be seated, ignored. If the review had dropped, we would have said that they would take the payment to the table, there would be no problem. but we stood there with cash in hand and were rejected. we refused to go back to the table and wait. we are here and here is our payment, we have been waiting for 10 minutes. after all, someone got us our 25 cents in the walk and we could go."

The Hostess should have periodically checked the front, to see if any New customers came in. After about 4 minutes and still no Hostess, 1 family left. 2 minutes later, the Hostess came and took the families names and then proceeded to seat everyone."

"I went to IHOP with my son and it was miserable..!! I ordered chicken fried steak..they serve it with plastic silverware. I asked for a metal fork the waitress ignored me..! So I asked someone else they found me a fork and knife. Later I asked the waitress again for the metal silverware and she told me we don’t have even tho I had already been given a set…later I asked for water which she served with the check as we were ready to leave..I guess they want you to order the $5.00 soda ….$45.00 for me and my son is ridiculous..!!!"

"Excellent Waitress, Excellent Plate of French Toast, Eggs, Bacon, Hash browns with cheese and onions. Excellent Ham and Cheese Omelette. BEWARE for those with Celiac or Wheat Allergy: All the IHOP Omelettes are a mix of eggs and pancake batter to make theomelette look bigger. If you tell them you are allergic to wheat or are a Celiac patient and want eggs only they will make youromelette with eggs and no pancake batter. Bottom line, their omelette is No Waffle House Omelette. They charged me 0.99 for apiece of cheese and 0.99 for onions I could not find in my hash browns. But all in all this Really is a higher end cleaner,better IHOP in the area. I forgot to take pictures. We were very hungry."

"It was late, the family was hungry. The drive-thru attendant at Jack in the Box just quit. Kids are crying. Let's go to IHop. It looked sketchy so late, but the kids... Wow, once we entered we were greeted promptly service was fast and friendly. Our server, and the manager were super professional. This is near midnight, and we got better service and food than I get at some other breakfast places Sunday Morning. Maybe making the outside more inviting for late night family customers. "The service was an absolute no. The waitress was nice in the beginning but then had a turn. She asked me for her tip and told me that i had only given her 50$ (gave her 58) and told me 8 dollars wasn’t enough! That in Massachusetts its required to leave at least 15% tip for a party of 6! And that we were 3 adults 3 children. And she said “ YOU GUYS ARENT FROM HERE RIGHT I CAN TELL” extremely rude. "This restaurant is truly outstanding. The service is exceptional, and the staff are remarkably patient. Delilah, in particular, was incredibly accommodating, even when a plate accidentally broke. She maintained a positive attitude throughout, even when we bumped into her by mistake. Her kindness was evident, and she never once seemed annoyed, despite our many questions. We arrived with a group of over 30 people, and she managed to take care of all of us effortlessly. Remarkably, she remembered everyone’s orders, despite the size of our group! She definitely deserves a raise! We will certainly return to this IHOP on our next visit."

"I ordered through grubhub, and the guy at the restaurant called me and said they didn 't have an item I wanted, and told me I should contact grubhub, and I asked him if he could switch something out for the original item (that was only a $1 difference), because it was a hassle to talk with the automated chat service that grubhub has. He fell silent for about 20 seconds, and then his whole attitude changed, and he said I GUESS I could do it for you as if it was such an inconvenience to help me out. If you didn 't want to, or weren 't allowed to.. that 's fine.. say no. I won 't be offended. Disappointed? Yeah. But it would have been whatever. I work in customer service too, and it 's never ok to be rude and act like the customer is an inconvenience. You have a job, because of the customers you have. Don 't be rude and act like that."

"First time visiting this ihop establishment, the waiters that worked today were all very friendly and all made it their jobs to make me smile and make me feel like I was appreciated for coming in! I highly recommend coming to this ihop over any other establishment because the staff is just AMAZING! If I had to complain about anything that bothered me while I was trying to enjoy my egg ham cheese omelet and 3 pancakes for just 6.00$! It would have to be the manager, she was yelling at the waiters pretty much the whole time I was trying to enjoy my meal and honestly made me feel uncomfortable, she would yell about food being in the window while the server would be at a table taking someone’s order and was obviously trying to humiliate her servers on purpose, if you don’t mind the yelling though I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone, the cooks prepared my food perfectly and the servers showed me so much respect and really made me feel like I belonged!"

"The cooks do a great job. The food is always delicious. I tend to order french toast and they are always perfectly cooked. Only concern is one particular female server that sticks her fingers inside the rims of the beverages to carry them instead of holding them from the outside. It is gross and i usually wind up not drinking whatever it is as to not be rude. Wind up paying for something i can't drink. I still tip her because she's old. I would have given the place five stars if i hadn't noticed this on a constant basis."

"It is a charming place and a wonderful change from fast food. A great place to meet and greet in light and feel sophisticated. Good is priced at fast food but the service makes it a special occasion. Prices are fair and very filling if you wait a little. "One of the worst IHOP I 've been to..Went to this IHOP during the cold spell in Jan 2024. Upon entering there were 3 workers, the two males were rolling silverware and one female 'Asha ' was doing nothing as far as I could see. She absolutely refused to seat me. She walked around, hid in the back and just plain ignored me until one of the males asked if needed help. The place was not very clean, even though basically I was their only customer. Three other tables left while I was waiting to be seated. I kinda regret eating here although the food was tasty. I just don 't like when people do not want to work but expect to get paid.
