"My daughters had invited myself and my wife to Naples to celebrate my 60th birthday. They had made a reservation at Pazzo for 20.30 and we arrived on time and was shown directly to our table. The restaurant was reasonably full but there many empty tables which on a Friday evening was somewhat surprising. We ordered drinks which came along pretty swiftly and was then asked to order which we did from the rather large and extensive menu. Our starters arrived in a flash, two tomato and mozzarella salads, one Tuscan bean soup and a Caesar salad. The soup tasted as if it had been made from paint emulsion, too much oil made it stick to the back of the throat. As for the Mozzarella this had obviously been pre-prepared and almost frozen making the tomatoes mushy and tasteless. To add insult to injury our main course arrived whilst we were trying to make the most of the appetizers. Needless to say we sent it back and was then confronted by a very put out manager whom tried to explain that this was the way they served paying clients at Pazzo. There was no question of the customer always being right, just eat what's is placed in front of you. I could go on and on but needless to say the meal went back to the kitchen and that was the last we saw of it. We asked for the bill and found that they had the audacity to add a gratuity which was promptly removed. If you want fast food stick to McDonald's, the service is better so is the food."

"It has been years since I’ve eaten here as we’ve moved out to Cypress. But a trip to the heights made stopping here a must. The pizza was spectacular!!! The crust was perfectly baked. I usually have to ask to bake it kinda well done, but they truly nailed it. The cheese and sauce were perfectly balanced deliciousness. I had the Chicago deep dish and it was fantastic. Better than I remembered it from years ago. My daughter had the New York hand tossed chicken florentine and the grandkids had a NY cheese pizza. My 8 yr old grandson said it was the best pizza he’s ever had. So there you have it folks. I’m from Chicago and finding great pizza in Houston is rare. This is definitely in the “top 5 best” pizza category. If you’re a pizza snob this place needs to be on your very short list!!"

"Impossible to park in Brighton during the summer. 3 vegetarian (no meat) entrees cost more than $21.00 each? Extra charge of $3.00 (per item) to change from spaghetti to angel hair, even for the eggplant parmigiana side. Garlic bread was sweet with undetectable garlic flavor. No tomato in the salad? The house dressing was a sweet balsamic rather italian? Seriously, why name your restaurant using Italian words just call it expensive Olive Garden."

"We made reservations a month in advance for my son's 29th birthday at CIAO. We were looking forward to it as CIAO has always been reliable in the past. When making the reservation, I mentioned it was my son's birthday and requested a cake or some kind of recognition. We arrived at 6:30 for our reservation and were seated right away, but we waited 30 minutes for our server to come to our table. After ordering, drinks and salads arrived, but unfortunately there was a hair in my daughter-in-law's salad. Despite bringing it to the waiter's attention, he did not acknowledge it or offer an apology. When the food arrived, my son's steak was cooked rare instead of medium, and the server did not address it even when my son didn't eat it. We left the restaurant feeling disappointed and frustrated, as they never acknowledged my son's birthday and there was no cake. Overall, it was a waste of 2 hours and $280."

"This restaurant came highly recommended by our campus professors. However, upon arrival, we noticed a sign indicating they were short-staffed. There were three students chatting behind the register, numerous dirty tables, and just one chef on duty. After we were seated, it took 10 minutes for the waitress to greet us, followed by another 15 minutes before our order was taken. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and meat sauce, but when my food arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. After taking just one bite, I decided I wanted to leave and pay for my meal. At the register, I mentioned my experience to the cashier, who was conversing with the other students. A girl behind the counter called out to the chef to address the situation. The cashier informed me that I was the third person to express dissatisfaction that day. Despite everything, she proceeded to ring up my meal, and I ended up paying for a dish that I couldn’t eat."

"Great value for your money! Soft drinks are just $1.75. We ordered the sampler platter for two, and it provided as much meat as we would get at the nearby Brazilian steakhouse, but at half the price. The seasoning was delightful. While the exterior of the building may look a bit worn, don’t let that fool you—the interior is clean and newly painted. We will definitely return!"

"It's definitely a bar, but it also offers casual dining and fantastic specials! I ordered the chicken club wrap with fries for $9.99, and it was delicious—checking all the boxes for a great meal. My lunch companion had the boneless wings (in garlic parmesan and BBQ), and I tried both; they were spot on! If you have dietary restrictions, the meals are made to order, and they seemed very willing to customize any of the dishes I looked at. Parking is easy and conveniently located right by the entrance. As for kid-friendliness, I can't speak for the evenings and weekends, but lunchtime was definitely family-friendly. Lastly, the restaurant is completely wheelchair accessible."

The service is prompt for take out orders. We had dinner here and the price per person was very affordable, ranging from $1 to $10.
