"I encountered one of the rudest individuals I've ever met. Being in a hospital, I expected better customer service. I went in to grab a cup of coffee, and the man at the register was focused on trying to locate a missing check instead of acknowledging me. Fortunately, another gentleman at the counter did recognize me. However, while I was waiting, a man walked in, and suddenly, the first employee saw him and greeted him by name. He then left to fetch the usual for that customer, leaving me standing there. I eventually walked out. You’ve lost my business. There are plenty of other cafés and restaurants that truly understand the importance of customer service."

"Crab dip was subpar but steamed shrimp was awesome. Server never cleared the table before bringing out more food. Then the runner looked confused when I asked her to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed the building was under negative air pressure caused from Kitchen hood exhaust (kitchen saloon doors sucked in) causing hot humid exterior air to rush into the restaurant when the exterior doors would open. Sit away from doors if you want A/C. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to long pier on the water."

"First time visitor, had the pizza by the slice, gooey cheese had good flavors, perfect amount of sauce which stayed hot down to the last bite, crust was nice and crunchy. For a quick bite with bar atmosphere, can get a bit loud, it's spot on for indulging in good ol Chicago style pizza."

"as the breakfast in the hotel did not look good, we drove here to eat. larger space than it sits from outside with terrace opportunities and a bar inside seems. a bar in an breakfast restaurant not seen yet. the decoration was cool, panels hanging from the deck, artworks on palette wood lots of light. after a few eyes we sat. it took a minute before our waiter came by, but he brought a carafe coffee and a water pitcher so we could help ourselves. the food took a while and it started to do. I would recommend a reservation if allowed, at the weekends. the traditional breakfast I ordered from iron over simple, hash brews, English muffin and speck was pretty good. Eier cooks perfectly and speck delicious. the Hasch brews were bad. not crisp and flaky. more like congealed potato. his omelette with speck and was great. he liked it. the speck was delish and I took it from his teller. Doesn't hathed browns good either. make sure to turn their coffee cup when they don't drink coffee as the server has charged us for two cups. he cancelled the attack. beautiful place to breakfast. many parking places, but can be overcrowded. restless, but not dirty."

"Today, I decided to order a chopped cheese sandwich and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. I specifically asked for no lettuce or tomato, but that request was not honored. The sandwich was lacking in both meat and cheese, which was a major letdown considering the name of the sandwich. Additionally, there was no mayo or ketchup included. It seemed like the person preparing the sandwich did not care about the quality of their work. In the end, my girlfriend had to remake the entire sandwich because it looked like a mess. I'm not trying to criticize the restaurant, but it's important to speak up when things are not up to standard so that the person responsible can improve their work ethic and provide customers with a better experience."

"I received two orders to pick up for Uber eats here close to midnight. I got there and it’s an abandoned building that used to be a bar. The “restaurants” I was picking up for were called Taco Grille and Wing Bar, and I soon realized they aren’t real. A quick google search shows there are no such places in Cleveland. As soon as I got out of my car to go to the building the order was cancelled, not by the person who ordered the food or me.The address has several restaurants listed on ubereats and Grubhub, and they’re all fake. It seems to me like they offer high pay, double orders to get people to come in the middle of the night with no intention of giving any food. I’m grateful I had a friend waiting for me in the car because it quickly felt like a dangerous situation. Please don’t order from any of their fake restaurants and don’t go there to pick up food."

"I'm proud to be a regular at Panino! It's undoubtedly the best deli I've ever been to, and I only wish I had discovered it sooner. Rosa brings back memories of visiting my Nonna with her incredible food. Everything is so delicious—premium, imported, and fresh. The sandwiches, chicken fillets, mozzarella, pasta, and baked goods are all fantastic! The sausage and paprika are truly the best you’ll ever taste. King Umberto is a personal favorite, and Rosa's sauce is simply divine. They also offer many great products for shopping, including authentic San Marzano sauce from Italy. Everything is made with love. Rosa, her husband, and her son Dan are such wonderful people; they treat you like family. I can't recommend this place enough—go see for yourself! I could seriously eat here every day."

"I only had a few minutes to grab something to shove in My face and was in this area so I decided to stop by and order a breakfast sandwich to-go and I 'm glad I did because it was amazingly delicious and filling. Can 't ever go wrong with a Taylor Ham, Egg and Cheese on a Roll with extra Meat added, they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I 'm not really sure who they are but they definitely know what they 're talking about. Now years ago I also remember stopping in here a few times long before this app even existed or at least long before I knew Yelp existed I should say, but whatever I 'm here now and that 's all that really matters. Anyway getting back to the Montville Diner I 've always liked this spot and I seriously have to make it a regular stop whenever I 'm over this way. Who knows maybe next time I 'll have some extra time on my hands and grab a sit down style meal. Come And Get Your Munch On!!"

"I placed an order to go on door dash. We are from out of town so didn't know what to expect. I thought the prices were so reasonable so I didn't think twice choosing an 8 dollar dessert. I thought for sure it would be a huge piece of shareable cake for that price. I also ordered an extra serving of ice cream for 1.18 extra so I could split with my son and didn't receive it in my order. The food was delicious. Haven't made it to the cake yet. Maybe it's a tiny amazing cake with every penny. My son will have to let me know. So still 5 but just give some more cake for the buck or lower the price. The food was sooooo good. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and my son got th chicken fingers, fries and broccoli. Highly recommend for dinner...but maybe go somewhere after for dessert. Or do what I should do instead and skip it entirely. "

"First time trying this place out, and it was pretty good. I like the atmosphere and the wait staff all helped out one another. I would suggest asking the servers what they recommend to eat if you don?t already have an idea. The meal servings are pretty big so you can definitely share. Half off wine Wednesday you can?t beat that. Carlos was our server it was his 3rd day on the floor and he is doing a great job, we was in a room with 3 big parties so remember socialize"

"Always wanted to try this place so we stopped in. There was a slight wait for no reason at all but we were seated after the host was done chatting with his buddy and grabbing his buddies to go order. Very irritating but we forged ahead. We were seated at a table for six when it was only two of us. Not a big deal. We placed our order and it took over an hour plus to get our food. Mind you, it wasn't busy and people who arrived way after us got their food before us. I'm no complainer so we patiently waited. We ordered a patty melt with fries, steak and eggs and two bloody Mary's. We didn't end up eating the food because by the time it got to us, we were ready to go. However, later that night when we ate it, the patty melt and fries were really good. The steak was super tough but everything else that came with the steak was good. Everything had good seasoning and the bloody Mary's were phenomenal! Our waitress was new and rung in our bloody Mary's wrong. She rung in a virgin for me and the Maria for my husband. Not sure where the virgin came from. The bartender quickly corrected it. However, with that mistake, it made me think she forgot to ring in the food and that's why it took eternity to get. She offered us a fruit bowl to hold us over. All in all, not the best experience and I doubt we'd return. However, the food was really good."

"Stay far away. I ordered online and added a tip. The restaurant called me and asked why I only tipped the amount I put. I have never in my life been asked that and the guy was so incredibly rude. This is in addition to the delivery fees and service fees. I told the guy to cancel my order. He then said no it’s not a problem and I again said cancel my order I do not want the food. Well the food never came but he also did not cancel the order so I was charged for food I never received. I will never order from here and will make sure friends are family don’t either. Way to lose a customer!"

"The food is typical Leo's Coney, so if you have been to one, food wise, this is no different. What made me give them 5 stars is the staff. When I called the order in, I told the girl on the phone that we were on a time crunch because we only had an hour break for my kids dance comp. She said no problem. By the time I walked to my car, drove 5 minutes down the road to them, the food was ready to go, and it was cooked. Did not appear rushed by any means. And to top it, the cashier was super polite and courteous."
