"We go to Andiamo at least twice a month. You will not go anywhere with better service. The Layla pie is the best pie ever. My favorites are the country style chicken, lasagna and the chicken parmigian. Always a welcoming vibe at the bar while you wait. Finally, you can never go wrong with the specialis. Andiamo is always a go to place for us."

"We were suppose to meet another couple when we arrived at our reservation. Mind you we were not aware they closed at nor that the kitchen closed at Upon our arrival they wouldn’t seat us because the whole party wasn’t there and we told that if they didn’t arrive by they couldn’t seat us. Now if that would have been a or reservation, I would have understood but it was And honesty if your kitchen closes at why offer an reservation?? I understand business is so good for them, they can afford to turn people away. But in my opinion- I was was less than pleased. When we were finally seated, the service was mediocre. I get it, it was closing time and it was obvious our servers mind was set on closing. He rushed our drinks forgot to bring our apps and didn’t bring bread. When I asked for it again, he said he would and didn’t, I had to ask again. I absolutely love the food at Antonio’s but I have to honestly say the way we were treated as soon as we arrived and the sever not giving us the service we deserved- I will not be rushing to go back any time soon. BEWARE: I’d be sure to book a much earlier reservation where you can get treated way better and with out the rush."

"The management also needs improvement. There’s so much yelling in such a small space, mostly from the managers, which is disheartening to witness. They need to learn how to effectively manage not just the front of house, but the entire business. There’s an unpleasant older blonde woman who stands around barking orders, and most of the older staff at the pizza counter seem miserable too. While the workers are polite to customers, the main management staff is often rude. It's disappointing to see a place deteriorate in this way, and it seems that the good employees don’t stick around for long."

"I arranged for a large group to eat in this restaurant while we visited from the city for a sporting event. it was the birthday of our trainer and we wanted to celebrate. I called well in advance, made a reservation for 26 people and explained that we would need separate controls from the family. I then called the day before to talk to the manager and confirm the reservation to ensure that they are properly occupied. despite my efforts when we arrived, there was only one person waiting for us, and they let our tables take off from a cool evening. fortunately they had set heating so we were in order, but no one told me that during booking and I would have warned the people in our party to dress warm. the one waitress that served us was rude, she was obviously not happy to deal with us, and told us that we all had to be on a deck. I explained that I had spoken to the manager and that we could join together to make fewer controls, but we could not make a big review because this would be too complicated. a person in our party also had an allergy and when they told her about it, she seemed upset about what she concerned so that she went and went somewhere else. she was very unhappy and made it very obvious. it took 45 minutes to get drinks (and come to find out some of the children never even drink at all, not even water) and we were not served our food until an hour and a half of the waiting. it was a terrible experience and ruined what should have been a beautiful evening. I tried to talk to the manager three times after I let him know that he could be aware of the problems that occurred, but he was never available to talk to me."

"I am VERY disappointed. I got Chicken Francaise and 2 sodas and it cost over $40. The chicken tasted rubbery and they didnt even inclide bread. Looking at the menu prices and what I got it did not add up i picked it up and called in the order so dont understand the price jump. I called and couldnt get someone who could amswer me.I alao went in rhe other night and sat for dinner. The wait staff was very unprofessional. The bartender waa flirting with the patrons and vaping at the bar. Our pizza came out burnt and chicken tasted funny. I keep giving them chances but this is it."

"One day, while I was in the area, I learned about the story behind this restaurant when it first opened, and I was fortunate enough to meet the owner. After enjoying the food, I mentioned that I intended to write a review online to share the fantastic and unique flavors I experienced. And I did! I’ll definitely be writing reviews. I have several online accounts where I'll be adding Peppino’s Italian Family Restaurant to my favorites and the pages I follow. I plan to return many times to explore different items on the menu. Unfortunately, I don’t live nearby; I only travel here once or twice a month. I enjoyed two drinks: raspberry lemon drops and a peartini, which satisfied my sweet tooth. I was very pleased overall. I also thought the cheesecake was supposed to be a highlight, but I'm not usually a fan of traditional cheesecake."

"Had a 5:30 reservation. They overbooked the dining room because of the bears game. Didn’t get seated until after 6 and were late to the game. Sad because we are regulars and I had to speak to people I know to get seated. Other folks at 5:30 didn’t get seated."

"We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible."

"I went to get pizza after work, and the person at the front counter was quite rude. He seemed older and shorter in stature. When I returned to get a drink, he told me it was $2, to which I replied, "Okay." In response, he started slamming the menu and began speaking in another language. "The pizza was excellent, especially the crust, which is something I rarely praise. It had just the right combination of crispiness and chewiness that made each bite enjoyable. "This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I came with a large group for a late lunch/early dinner. We were served several courses, starting with the pizza appetizer, which was decent. The rice balls were just okay. For my main course, I ordered the chicken parmigiana, but unfortunately, it was rather average; there wasn't enough cheese, I didn't care for the sauce, and the cutlet was mediocre. I'm not sure if our large group being present influenced the quality, perhaps the food was prepared in advance. The cannoli for dessert was enjoyable, though. On a positive note, the service was very nice and friendly."

"I visited this restaurant late on a Saturday night to satisfy a food craving. I decided to try the shrimp Parmigiana, which was delicious. The shrimp weren’t particularly large, but there were six of them. The pizza had a wonderfully crispy thin crust, which we didn't even have to request. I was so eager to dig in that I forgot to take a picture! I brought home some leftover linguine as well. The place has a charming atmosphere with stone walls and intricately carved chairs. The staff was very friendly, making it a great local spot for the neighborhood."
