"I recently stopped by a restaurant in Morgantown while driving through and noticed that not much has changed since my college days ten years ago. You really need to know which dishes they excel at and which ones to avoid. The good food here is excellent, while the bad food leaves much to be desired. During my college years, I always ordered the buffalo chicken hoagie, and I decided to go with that again on this visit. I was pleased to find that it remains really tasty. The chicken tenders are consistently good, and the buffalo sauce has a fantastic flavor. They also top it off with mozzarella cheese, which adds a delicious touch. Plus, the hoagie bun holds everything together perfectly."

"If I could give this place no stars I would , this place is horrible went and ordered my food through the drive thru they forgot to give me my soda and my large yuca , I went back and tried going inside to pick up my missing items turns out it’s closed at this time it’s 10:10pm more or less when I look on the website it states they close at 10:30pm…. I went back on the drive thru line with about 7 cars ahead of me in which I waited for them to tell me at the window the yuca they have is burnt If by any chance I wanted something else I then said I would like fries , the gentleman at the window went to the back to make the fries , he then comes back to tell me the fries are burnt and he can’t re make them because they are about to close. The cashier then asked me if I wanted a refund I told him yes , he then leaves to get the manager and comes back to tell me the manager can make the yuca frita if I wait , at this point the food that I ordered is cold and I stated I wanted a refund , he proceeded to get the manager and I told the manager I should get a full refund he stated that he will not give me a refund because he cannot do that he gave me back 5. At this time every other pollo tropical was closed due to me wasting my time with this pollo tropical , I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO COME TO THIS POLLO TROPICAL"

"The Firehouse Grill is a small town bar and grill. The kind of place where everyone seems to know everyone else. It's not overly large, but big enough for a group of six or eight, but plenty of booths for private dining. It seems to be a clean, well kept little bar and grill. I've been to the Firehouse grill three times as I post this review. I've always been there for their Thursday night rib special. Let me tell you, their ribs are worth driving to the small town of Malvern for. I intend to go back to try some of their other specials on other nights in the future. If you're looking for something off the beaten path, come check this place out."

"My son and I dined here at 8:00 PM. It took 15 minutes just to place our drink order, and another 10 minutes before we could order our meal. By 9:30, we decided to leave. We noticed at least 7 or 8 tables around us who had their orders taken, received their food, and left while we were still waiting. This place really doesn't meet expectations. If you're in the mood for a steak dinner, you'll get it quickly, but if all you want is a simple omelet and hash browns, be prepared to wait an hour or more!"

"Such amazing Food! You can tell everything is hand made and made with care! I ordered some of the pizzas and they were perfection! My husband got a calzone and loved every bite! The sauce was amazing! I also came back the next day and tried the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was incredible! I ate everything so fast I forgot to take pictures! Truly a wonderful place that will be a staple for my family to eat at! Will be back again and again!"

"This place is a joke. When they are busy and you wait in line they will only serve Chicken on the bone they call it. So basically if you ask for a Cuban sandwich or anything else they will tell you no only Chicken on the bone and black bean and rice. I say I've been in line for 30 minutes and it's up to the manager if you could have anything besides chicken on the bone sometimes they say yes sometimes they say no, it depends on their mood and therefore is the reason why I will never go to this place. The customer service is extremely low class as are the workers and management"

"Absolutely outstanding customer service! My family and I make it a point to visit this restaurant whenever we’re all in town together. The food is consistently delicious, and their breakfast buffet is simply exceptional! Today, we were fortunate to have everyone in Tempe, some of whom traveled from the other side of the globe. I called ahead to check if we could come in, explaining that we wouldn’t arrive until 11 am, even though they were scheduled to close the buffet at 10:30. To my surprise, they graciously kept the buffet open for the seven of us. The staff was incredibly kind and ensured we had a wonderful experience. I’m still amazed that they extended their hours to accommodate us, focusing entirely on providing us with the best service possible. We never felt rushed, which made our family time even more special. Huge thanks to everyone who worked hard and stayed late to make our day truly amazing!"

"Let me tell you about this place. Average to say the best, and worst. Employees are unprofessional but get the job done. I always feel like I am an inconvenience when I order. Rather than greeted, I am pointed at and waived forward just very strangeatmosphere. Upon several occasions while attempting to dine at this location I was advised they were out of chicken despitetheir name being Pollo Tropical. I did feel this was because I came in 30 minutes prior to closing, and the employees did notwant to prepare any more food or work more than they had to. Also the establishment is always out of various sauces. This isalso very odd as this business is known for their litany of sauces, and always limited on offerings at this location. Let it benoted I go to various other Pollo Tropicals and never run across these issues. The food here when available is good, and myorder is never incorrect. These are the reasons I return to this establishment. I just wish the experience was not always soawkward. Maybe that is asking too much?"

"Delicious buffet, there were eggs (scrambled), hash browns, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, chicken and waffles and a few other items. The biscuits are delicious although not the densest I 've ever had, which was a good thing. Very good sausage links, fried chicken, gravy everything was delicious. Nice atmosphere, there is a gift shop and cider bar...there is a vault you can eat in. Also, ask for apple butter for your biscuit. I was told that they opened this restaurant because the one at the orchard two miles north would get so busy that the wait times often exceeded 45 minutes...but the menu is the same here as it is at the orchard."

"The food is delicious when they get the order right. We used to eat here at least once or twice a week but consistently the orders were wrong or hard rice, low quality pieces of chicken, hard and dried pieces of pork and so on. The standards definitely went downhill. I get ALL fast food places have this issue but this location specifically suffers from low standards and new employee issues. We tried it again today after not coming for a while and still has the same issues we stopped coming here for. We even ate inside instead of the drive through in the hopes it would be better. But nope."

"I just wanted to recognize the manager at this location as I visited this location twice the past couple weeks and my experience was great. The first time I was ordering yellow rice at the drive thru and the girl helping me said they only had white rice; the manager came on the speaker and told the girl they were just getting some yellow rice done and would be ready for my order. Today I was there again and I as I was ordering my Chicken Tropi-Chop I said I wanted the one that comes with avocado, and the manager came on again and explained that was a different dish.. I said that was OK and to do the order without the avocado. To my surprise, the avocado was in my order when I served my food at home for dinner, that made my night. Keep up the good work man and I hope upper management can appreciate what you do."
