"The food was disappointing and lacked flavor. I ordered the fajita taco salad, and the chicken was completely unremarkable; it tasted like it had been reheated. The dish was overly soupy, with an excess of liquid at the bottom. The shell was oddly overcooked yet soggy. It looked nothing like the picture on the Google review—don't be misled. I specifically requested plain water with my meal, but the server brought me sparkling water and tried to charge me extra for it, even though I didn't order it. Be sure to check your bill carefully to avoid any surprises. At El Loro, you won’t go hungry, but there are definitely better Mexican dining options out there. Save your money and look elsewhere. I won't be coming back. As for parking, there were plenty of empty spots, which should have been a red flag."

"It's like they don't even try. Our waiter was impersonal at best. Seemed like he just wanted us out of there, and the table was cleaned and resat before we could even leave the tip.I think El Jinete thrives only because it is the only Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is generic. The $4 guacamole was probably purchased from the nearby Walmart. The restaurant is dingy-looking, and the speakers only play music in the back. Just drive to MD."

"Although the restaurant is not fully vegan, they are able to accommodate vegan and vegetarian needs with ease. The food is both affordable and tasty, and the portions are generous. "Let me preface this is saying there were only 6 tables in the place so they weren't busy. The beef fajitas were not sizzling actually they weren"t very hot at all and VERY VERY dry. There were no vegetables no peppers or onions or tomatoes Myquesadilla fajita was chicken and not alot of vegetables either. The tortilla was hard to cut even with the sharp knife. Wehad to ask THREE times for a cold glass for the bottled beer. No glass was brought at all for the other lady at thetable. Very bad and they lost customers"

"The food here is amazing! I really enjoy the white salsa that comes alongside the red salsa, and everything is consistently cooked to perfection. The portion sizes are generous, and the drinks are fantastic. Our waitress was incredibly sweet—I wish I had caught her name, but she was efficient, kind, and delightful, which is a rarity these days. The rest of the staff has always been friendly too. We make it a point to visit almost every week!"

"I’ve been coming here for over 20 years now. This place is truly one of the original and great spots of Parker. The food is so cheesy and always served piping hot and fresh. it’s definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant in the state hands down. The consistency is always there and they are quick bringing the food. Drinks and chips are always filled and the salsa might be a little spicy for some people but it’s freshly made with lots of thick cut white onions and light cilantro….it’s fantastic. I highly recommend this establishment to fulfill your Mexican food cravings."

"The food was great, the margarita not so much typical sugary mix. Too bad they don't make their own Lime juice and simple syrup with real lime. We haven't been here in awhile and the place is run down and could use some primping, but the food was tasty and plentiful. I enjoyed the beef chimichanga with rice and beans and thoroughly enjoyed it at the restaurant and the next night reheated. My spouse had cheese enchiladas and thought they were very good. We asked to try their mole sauce and that too was tasty. If you eat here, you need to ignore the wear and tear, the carpet, and the lack of comfortable seating. Service was excellent too. Parking lot in back makes it well worth the trip."

Before we even had a chance to order, the waitress brought out some ice cream and set it down in front of him, saying they were going to sing for him but the cook couldn't find his guitar. Then she walked away without taking our order. She returned five minutes later to take our order, and when she finally brought out our food, she looked at my fiancé and said, "Happy birthday, daddy." "The kids and myself grabbed a bite to eat here a few days ago and it's pretty good! Very friendly and honest team here as well.
