"I have visited this restaurant many times over the years and usually loved it, but I must say that my experiences today and on a few recent occasions have been quite disappointing. The waitress was attentive, but it seemed like the kitchen was having a rough day. I overheard the staff chatting in Spanish and it felt like they were more focused on that than on preparing the food. I ordered the country-fried steak and eggs, and to my surprise, it arrived as a burned piece of hamburger patty. I sent it back, and while they didn't burn it this time, it was not fried or crispy—just another soggy piece of beef. It was not good at all. After paying my bill, I left to take care of my dogs. I really hope that the next time I visit, things will return to their usual standards. It's disappointing because I used to love coming here."
