"I really enjoy Zaxby's when my order is complete. However, after waiting nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru, I ordered a 4-piece finger plate with coleslaw (no drink) and a house salad. Unfortunately, they were out of cucumbers for the salad. I didn't think much of it at the time and went home without checking my order. To my dismay, they left out the coleslaw! It was already 9:14 p.m., but I decided to call the store. Someone answered, and I informed the manager about the missing item. She told me that they were closed, but I could get a free coleslaw when I came back. I explained that I needed it to go with my meal, but after a back-and-forth with the rude manager and no apology, I decided to hang up. To top it all off, they charged me for a 5-piece instead of a 4-piece. This experience was really disappointing due to their poor customer service."
