"After I had eaten at this place for over 3 years, I called one night to give a job. a few minutes after I was told, my order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, the phone ringed and a woman who had hardly spoken English began to speak gibberish. I asked her to slow down because I couldn't find out what she said. She said she wanted my credit card number. I asked her who she was, and only then did she tell me where she called. I told her I wouldn't give my credit card over the phone because I didn't have a way to know who she was. she said my order was too big and I had to pay. she said the manager said commanding over $50.00 had to pay, my order was $48.00 I told her then, I would give her the last 4 on the card, my sonny names and ID number, my address, and she had my name and phone number already. she said okay and I gave her the information. now I live 15 miles from Lin’s, so it takes 20 minutes to get there and with the phone call length we would be at about 30 minutes. my son called me about 20 minutes later and said our food was not ready and they told him to wait for the bar. He called me to tell me about the delay, and I called lins to find out why. I was told that they didn't start cooking my food until it was paid, although I was told two times it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I told them to cancel my transaction and send the reception that shows it was canceled. my son went on the way to another buffet and got our dinner. eating was better and we have almost $15.00 from now on we will eat; asian buffet 8345 rogers avenue fort smith, ar 72903-5236 massard crossings (479) 478-8886"

"Blue Ginger Asian Fusion in Stamford, CT, is a hidden gem that truly delivers an exceptional dining experience. From their extensive menu, I had the pleasure of trying six delightful dishes that left me thoroughly impressed. To kick off my meal, I started with the Chicken Satay, which was a perfect blend of succulent grilled chicken skewers marinated in a flavorful sauce. The tender meat paired beautifully with the accompanying peanut dipping sauce, creating a harmonious combination of sweet and savory.Next, I indulged in the Beef Scallion Pancakes, which were an absolute treat. The pancakes were crispy on the outside, revealing layers of tender beef and aromatic scallions within. The dish had a wonderful balance of textures and flavors, making it a true delight to savor.Moving on to the sushi selection, I couldn't resist trying the California Roll. It was a masterful creation, featuring fresh and creamy crab meat, avocado, and cucumber perfectly wrapped in a delicate sheet of nori and rice. The flavors blended harmoniously, and each bite was a delightful burst of umami. For the main course, I opted for the Pad Thai, a classic Thai dish that never fails to impress. Blue Ginger's version was exceptional, with tender rice noodles sautéed with shrimp, tofu, bean sprouts, and crushed peanuts. The balance of tangy tamarind sauce, subtle sweetness, and aromatic spices made this dish a standout. To cleanse my palate, I ordered the Spinach Salad, which offered a refreshing interlude. The vibrant green spinach leaves were complemented by a light and tangy dressing, creating a perfect balance of freshness and zest.Lastly, I couldn't resist trying the Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. The combination of perfectly ripe mango slices and sticky coconut-infused rice was simply divine. The dish was beautifully presented and had a delightful blend of sweet and tropical flavors that left me craving for more.In addition to the incredible dishes I experienced, the service at Blue Ginger Asian Fusion was attentive and welcoming. The staff members were knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful suggestions. The ambiance of the restaurant was also charming, with tasteful décor that enhanced the overall dining experience.Blue Ginger Asian Fusion is undoubtedly a culinary gem in Stamford, CT, offering a diverse range of Asian delicacies. "The noodles they used were thin and subpar, lacking the wide, tender, and chewy texture characteristic of good rice noodles. In fact, they seemed more like dehydrated fettuccine than rice noodles. They were undercooked, stuck together, and lacked even the slightest char from a wok. I ordered it spicy (5 out of 5), but it was anything but hot. There were no Thai chilis in sight or taste, and all I could detect was black pepper. The sauce was thin, bland, and only vaguely sweet; it bore no resemblance to any soy sauce I’ve had before. The fried tofu was tasteless and overcooked, while the broccoli looked like it had been steamed rather than stir-fried, lacking any caramelization or flavor. The small amount of egg included was cooked fine, but ended up soggy from the excess pepper water. I'm not a Thai food expert, but it seems to me that this restaurant could benefit from sourcing better rice noodles, using Thai chilis instead of black pepper, properly marinating and frying the tofu, thickening and adjusting their sauce recipe, and using a hot wok to char the noodles, broccoli, tofu, and egg properly. I might try to finish the broccoli, but I’ll be tossing the rest. It's disappointing for such a straightforward dish, especially at a price of $16.50 after tax. Edit: At first glance, the reviews for this restaurant seemed mostly positive, leading me to believe my experience might have been an isolated incident. However, as I scrolled through, I found that the majority of reviews are, in fact, overwhelmingly negative and have been for some time. There seems to be something suspicious about their overall star rating, which does not align with the actual feedback. It's apparent that this restaurant isn’t responding to the feedback they’ve received. The food simply isn’t good, and they don’t seem to care."
