"Typically, an end cut has a somewhat crispy crust from being exposed in the oven, with a delicious caramelized flavor. It’s usually cooked more thoroughly, while the best cuts are often medium rare. It should also have a stronger seasoning due to the larger surface area exposed to the rub. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here, and I wouldn't recommend ordering the end cut.
To make matters worse, I tried to discuss my experience with the management but have yet to receive any follow-up or response from them, whether by phone or email. This lack of communication reflects poorly on their management."
