"Best Tuna in the city!’Sweetest man behind the counter Ken, and the girls are angels.I have Been ordering food, snacks, groceries for years. But today i had A terrible experience that i would LikeTo share.M wife is under the weather and had the urge for tuna. I called In an order for delivery. I gave the employee my credit card and when I asked him to repeat it back to me he Refused snd said he had no time. I insisted He read it back and instead asked me for the number again. He refused to read it back. Feeling insecure i asked for Ken who is always kind and soft spoken. I was told said he wasn’t . I then asked to speak to the manager. He said there was no manager and told me again he has no time and hung up on me.We live around the corner. So i decided To walk over and be sure the order was correct snd to be sure he had the correct credit card number. Sure enough Ken WAS there as well as the manager. And the store was practically empty. They have at least five people who make sandwiches and and there are always two people at the register. This is no way to treat any costumer nor is it good business practice to be rude and not to confirm the correct credit card number. He lied when he said there was no manager and that Ken wasn’t there.Better to go in than to be spoke to the way I was. I would Suggest you ask for Ken if he’s there and whatever you do try the tuna!"

"I pass this restaurant all the time. On this day a friend invited me to Jazzercise so afterwards I stopped in after Jazzercise to see if I could grab a bite for dinner. I was very pleasantly surprised; while it was a very big location it was cozy, clean and light. The food looked fresh and appealing. When I asked the young lady how much for dinner she stated $11.00. I said in that case I will take 2 I will have one for tomorrow. There were about 6 or 7 meat choices. I selected baked chicken for one and stewed chicken for my other. I also selected to put yellow rice and pinto beans for one, and yellow rice and black beans for the other. I was so excited to get home and shower ? from working out and be able to enjoy one of my meals that I left my cell phone. I got home, showered and was about ready to dig in when I realized it's quiet I haven't heard any pings for messages from my phone. I was looking all around the house, upstairs downstairs, and went back out to the car. NOTHING!!! It now hits me I must have left it at the restaurant. I throw on something more decent to go out of the house. I get to the restaurant after almost two hours. I walk in and the young lady immediately says you left your phone. Let me tell you she made my night!!! I could have kissed her. People don't always do the right thing! By the time I get back home my friend calls and she says I was calling to see if you had your phone as someone from the restaurant went over to the Jazzercise studio before the instructor left and told her someone left their phone in the restaurant. The instructor started to call around trying to find out who left the phone. I informed her it was me but I'd already gone back to pick it up. While the food was very good at the restaurant I feel the honesty and respect of the workers are incredible and that will definitely have me patronizing this restaurant every chance I get!!!!! ?Kid-friendliness: While the dining area isn't very big, it's welcoming to everyone especially families.Parking: There is some parking in front but a lot more parking on the side of the strip of stores."

"When I arrived to collect my order, it was quite crowded. I managed to get someone’s attention and informed him that I had an Uber Eats order. He asked to see the app, which confused me because usually, they just ask for my name. I showed him my receipt in the app, but he continued to demand to see the app aggressively while attending to other customers, causing me to lose my place in line. I was in a difficult situation, managing a baby in a stroller and just trying to pick up my order and leave. I opened the Uber app again and showed it to him, hoping he would guide me through the process, but he didn't. Aside from the receipt and my government ID, I wasn't sure what else he needed. Instead of helping, he grew increasingly impatient and shooed me away, telling me to just take the food. It was frustrating to feel treated differently compared to others, especially when I noticed another customer who was Hispanic received her order without any issue. I confronted him about the unfair treatment, but he insisted he needed to see the app to put the order into the system, insisting on an unnecessary requirement. The order already showed as completed; all I could provide was my ID and receipt. I felt I deserved the same respectful service as everyone else. It was even more frustrating that another online order behind me was handled quickly without any fuss. I plan to contact Uber Eats to clarify what is actually required for a pickup besides the usual name, ID, and receipt. To make matters worse, it seems that some employees tend to drink on the job after 1 PM, which impacts their ability to take orders correctly. I've had trouble understanding them over the phone because their speech is so slurred. It's hard to believe this employee could not comprehend my simple request for my online order after I stated my name. It felt as if he was looking for information like a Social Security number, which is absolutely ridiculous. Overall, this experience was terrible."
