"I’ll keep this brief since I believe there's a character limit for comments on each chain. **Tacos:** I started with Taco Bueno. My last visit to this location in 2015 was marred by cold food and insufficient beef in my tacos, so I was apprehensive. However, this time the tacos had adequate beef, a fair amount of lettuce, some cheese, and diced tomatoes. The crispy tacos held together well, and the beef was flavorful without being overly salty. In contrast, Taco Bell’s tacos offered a similar beef quantity but less lettuce and minimal cheese. The texture was disappointing—watery and very salty, with hardly any salad or tomatoes. The last taco I tried was so soggy that the tortilla stuck to the paper wrapper and fell apart when I picked it up. Overall, Taco Bueno won for best tacos, but considering the price, I likely won’t return. **Burritos:** For the Super Burrito from Taco Bueno, the beef was nearly non-existent, with an overload of beans. I couldn’t even spot any cheese when I opened the second burrito, earning it a thumbs down for the missing beef and cheese. Taco Bell’s results were somewhat better; I spotted two pieces of cheese on the outside of one burrito that were stuck to the wrapper but still edible. However, the second burrito contained raw onions, which I wasn’t sure were intended to be uncooked. While it added some flavor, the lack of cheese was a letdown, and the beef amount varied between the two burritos, which should have been similar. Ultimately, I've crossed both of these chains off my list; I can easily make healthier choices at home for half the cost. Also, what happened to the sour cream typically found in burritos? I hope this feedback is useful. It would be beneficial for both places to consider providing an ingredient menu and to guarantee proper ingredient quantities through verified measurements for greater customer assurance."

"There are so many reasons why I go to Mariners Cafe almost every single day. The coffee and lattes are so amazing here, and they have some of the best banana bread that I’ve ever had! I also had my sister come out to visit, and when I took her to Mariners Cafe, she mentioned that the breakfast sandwich here was the best breakfast sandwich that she’s ever had too!Everything is made fresh and tastes absolutely amazing. I also never have to wait long at all for my coffee or food. I often put my coffee order in online as I’m walking up to the cafe, and it’ll be sitting and waiting for me on the counter by the time I walk in the door! The pizza is another favorite of mine, and they have lots of delicious salad options to go along with it.The amazing coffee and food is one thing, but the staff here is absolutely phenomenal! Rosa goes so far above and beyond! She always remembers the names of my kids, and goes out of her way to say hi to us and make us feel so special whenever we come in. Rosa even surprised both of my kids with gifts one day at the cafe after she heard that my daughter was born. That meant so so much to me!And no matter how busy they are in there everyone makes an effort to say hi to us and ask how we’re doing. I can’t thank the staff here enough for how special they make my son feel just by saying hi to him and remembering his name.I highly recommend Mariners Cafe, and getting to know the staff here is an added bonus. Everything from the food to the customer service is the absolute best! And a huge thank you to Mariners Cafe for all of the amazing coffee, food, and wonderful hospitality! "Went for the New Years Eve party. My friend bought tickets and I paid him. Management or a man with a dress shirt and beard was incredibly rude. My buddy bought the tickets, and sent me one he used already, so that part is on me. However, when the manager was called over he goes how about you have him send a fucking ticket that works and walks away. I am pretty tolerant of most things because I 've been in the service industry and have worked in schools. That being said, swearing multiple times at various customers isn 't the way to manage a business that is supposed to have good service. If you make your living being rude to customers as a theme, that 's a different story lol. Multiple people had similar experiences and one woman called him out for being an **** . Anyone who works in the service industry knows most customers will say that. However, this gentleman was about as rude as can be to anyone and everyone, including his staff. He later proceeded to aggressively grab a broom and deeper from staff and point toward what he wanted to do after scooping up one thing. Then he walked off. I helped the young man clean up a bit. I do not know who the manager was or if he was having a bad day but his attitude that night , lost The Piazza customers. I met up with 2 different groups of people that night and not a single person from either of them will be back. Mainly due to this man and overselling the VIP tickets. They felt duped as did IThey sold more VIP tickets than General Admission. This meant that the buffet line was ridiculous and they didn 't have enough food. I will be back as I know the band my friend plays in will be as well. I live by the three strike rule. Hopefully, next time they redeem themselves."
