"First, it took much longer than expected to receive our order, even though we were the only customers at that time. When the food finally arrived, I immediately noticed that the queso sauce looked like a thick, lumpy mess. Unfortunately, the rest of the platter didn't fare much better: the refried beans were dried out and formed into a semi-flattened ball, the usual melted shredded cheese on top of the beans had not melted and had instead slid off onto the plate, and the chicken in the chiladas was both stringy and dried out. To make matters worse, the bags of chips were only half full, which wasn't a big deal since the chips tasted like they had been cooked in old oil, so I didn't want to eat them anyway, and the rice was cold. I even took a picture of the meal halfway through and attached it to this post. I hope this was just a one-time issue. I'll give it one more try, but if the experience is similar, I may have to consider finding a new go-to fast food place."

Food is good if you can get the people to actually take your order. They Just work on people in the Drive-Thru and stare at you if you're in for dine-in or carry-out.

Overpriced for such bland flavors. Almost $10 for a single taco, chips and a tiny side cup of queso. Taco tasted like air.... Not much flavor at all. What a rip off. They seemed very nice though and got my food fast, so they got an extra star.

The experience was decent. The staff were friendly, which is always a plus. However, I was disappointed with the tacos. I had never tried a naked taco from Bueno before, and they barely included any meat in our family taco pack. There were a few other concerns as well, but the friendly service certainly made a difference. View menu

Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a smell reminiscent of a place that hadn't been cleaned adequately in quite some time. The staff behind the counter neglected to acknowledge my presence for longer than I would have preferred. Additionally, the salsa bar was lacking cups for the salsa and appeared to be quite dirty.

When me and my family walked in, it was only three people working and they did not greet us when we went in. I ordered the steak nachos with specific ingredients and she ignored everything that I asked to come on it. I had five pieces of meat in my nachos with a squirt of sour cream. The jalapeños tasted like fish soap. The people there weren’t friendly at all.
