"First, it took much longer than expected to receive our order, even though we were the only customers at that time. When the food finally arrived, I immediately noticed that the queso sauce looked like a thick, lumpy mess. Unfortunately, the rest of the platter didn't fare much better: the refried beans were dried out and formed into a semi-flattened ball, the usual melted shredded cheese on top of the beans had not melted and had instead slid off onto the plate, and the chicken in the chiladas was both stringy and dried out. To make matters worse, the bags of chips were only half full, which wasn't a big deal since the chips tasted like they had been cooked in old oil, so I didn't want to eat them anyway, and the rice was cold. I even took a picture of the meal halfway through and attached it to this post.
I hope this was just a one-time issue. I'll give it one more try, but if the experience is similar, I may have to consider finding a new go-to fast food place."
