"Even though I love Portillo's so much, I would probably go elsewhere rather than go to this location of Portillo's. I've been to this spot a lot of times, and honestly, I did not really have a problem. Not until recently, when the customer service generally was very poor. The line is long in the drive through while the order inside takes a really long time. Their service should definitely improve. The employees are nice, although there are some that are rude. I wanted to have their food, but I would always get poor customer service and it would take me like half an hour before I could really get the food, which is really disappointing. Their food is delicious, no doubt, but with this kind of service, I would rather go to some small fast food restaurant where I could get good food in a hurry. There was also this particular day that the drive-thru did not have a long line, and I was confident that it would be a good one and I would order easily, but it was not. Customer numbers are not the problem in this restaurant. The problem is their service generally."
