Twice now I've done the online order only to sit and wait 20m because they place the food in the delivery area not the pickup area. Always a joy hitting up portillos. Decent food, great service, fun environment, fast drive through all reasonably priced. Their chocolate cake shake is signature, worth a try if you're around.
