"Atmosphere was nice...cozy, quaint. Server was attentive, polite, cheerful and our food was delivered in a timely manner. On their website, they boast a very impressive family history and 'commitment to excellence ' but we left extremely disappointed with the quality of food. We spent nearly $100 on four people without beverages and walked away frustrated. Bread placed on the table looked and tasted as if it was from the bread isle of a grocery store. If you 're going to serve bread as a starter, it should be impressive, not an obligatory gesture (I 've had bread at chain restaurants that put this restaurant 's to shame). Appetizer of pulled pork nachos was tasty, but not generously portioned. I tasted my husband 's spinach and cheese calzone and we both agreed it was somewhat flavorless. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan with a side of risotto...the eggplant was thick and extremely rubbery (I could barely cut it), and the risotto tasted like it came from a box. As for our friends ' they never overtly complimented their food and only ate about half. The only thing I really enjoyed from my dinner was my side Caesar salad. Because we were with company, I didn 't want to make a fuss over my dinner, but I was disappointed I wasn 't asked if something was wrong with my meal seeing I left 3/4 of it on my plate and said 'no thank you ' to a box. It 's too bad...it 's a charming place with great atmosphere and friendly staff, but much of the food was simply awful. Perhaps instead of having such an extensive menu and poorly executed food, they should pare down their offerings and excel at those dishes."

"Maybe they were just having an off day, but the service was downright awful on the Friday afternoon we visited. Our very simple order took a long time to prepare and was missing two items that never arrived. Our waitress seemed very sweet but she vanished for long stretches of time. Normally I'd chalk this up to being busy, but we ate at 3:30.pm, with the restaurant barely half full."

"Parking great. Met by a server who cked out vac status. She was very cordial A large restaurant with indoor service. Diners placed comfortably apart. It was a bit dark in there. We were late morning The menu had a large choice of meals. I was able to find a good choice for someone who doesn't want eat sugary or greasy food. The service was very good."

"Absolute horrible customer service. I order from here probably at least one every 1 2 weeks. On Sunday 2/11/24 I ordered online as I always do. Today part of the order included a Lg Pizza w/mushrooms green peppers. They don 't have an option to take off the cheese, so in the instructions I entered No Cheese at all only sauce veges. We received our order and it had cheese so I called. The guy who answered asked did we want them to remake it, and I replied yes, the person can 't eat cheese. He then asked do I want it delivered, and I said no I 'd pick it up. It 's not the drivers fault. A few minutes later I missed a call from them, so I called back. The guy on the phone informed me they CAN NOT replace my pizza, I asked why, and he said I have no idea. I spent $73 on this order, and my past orders have never been under $50. So, needless to say we will never order from them again and will let everyone we know not too."

"I always have a great experience at this Denny's. In fact, I always look forward to visiting this particular location. We decided to have lunch here to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. He received a free meal and a special birthday shake, which he really enjoyed. Despite the fact that the air conditioning was not working that day, the servers provided excellent service and made our experience enjoyable."

"Large pretzel as an appetizer--removed that no must was available (we were told that they were outside), as only one of us could eat the delicious cheese dips (lactose intolerance). Bison lead sludge is always good, but this time it took a bit more heavy (lead sludge was moist, but needed some for potatoes). One of us tried the New England Corned Beef Dinner for the first time. Flavor-wise, the pinned beef was far, far better than your standard maize beef, although a slice was huge fat to the point that there was more fat than meat (I expect fat in Brisket, but that was more than expected). Pages (potatoes, cooked potatoes and cabbage with some spices) were tasteful and well cooked. Overall, the New England would order dinner again. Unfortunately, as usual, there was no place for dessert--can be one of these days...."

"I was this week in the hotel behind the restaurant. we went to Dennys twice (to go to order). the first time not so bad, we had breakfast. the second time I ordered a nashichicken sandwich and the brot was so burned that it was hard. I ate that huh without the brot. I closed my mouth until tonight. I went by to go in a row. I just wanted to order one for the zesty nachos. I myself and the customers in front of me were told that they will not take customers tonight because they are secured on orders. I had never done this in any restaurant ever. the personal is very unfriendly and acts as if they are an inconvenience. don't waste your time or your money."

"Food was good. Bartender was speedy, courteous and knew what he was doing. The hostesses were a hot mess. We were 3rd in line for a table. It took nearly 10 minutes for 1 of the 4 women at the counter to acknowledge the first set of people in line. Several tables were empty. They were refusing to seat people unless you went to the bar. They, obviously, were making the lives of the kitchen staff harder by allowing people to sit inside the restaurant and place to go orders at the bar. That overloaded the bartender from a visual aspect. It made us feel very crammed at the bar as several people crowded around us to place their orders and drink while they waited, which overwhelmed us. From a wait time aspect it overwhelmed the kitchen staff too."

"The customer isn't important at BWW. We walked in and waited in a line of another customer also waiting for a hostess. There is a hostess stand at the front door. No hostess. After mins a hostess came to help, but she could only do one thing at a time. It would have been efficient to check the customer in and then check my party in. The hostess checked customer in and then left to do another task. The store manager came over, but instead of helping, she rolled her eyes and lipped words of disappointment about the hostess' work ethic. The manager did not recognize the line to be seated, though there were to tables available for new customers. It's too loud in BWW as well. When I provided a certificate for credit with the waiter called the same manager over who stated she didn't do credits at this store. I told her I had received a certificate credit at this store in past, so it was possible to complete. I don't do those here. This shouldn't be the diners experience, so go somewhere else. Rude staff and inappropriate decisionmaking and very poor managers without reasonable experience with customer care and operations"

"Although our eating was satisfactory, a waitress on their backs fall and are taken by caravans, not a good setting. all because of poor building maintenance. coworkers where they run around like they, where the water emerges from the deck, but they were not, another customer said that the waiter would put someone in the two behind us, but not because of the leak, he obviously forget to pass the word. I personally asked for someone to get a mop before someone else falls. also asked for wet floor signs that were not on when our waitress fell. it seemed simply not enough to worry about closing a section that was a security risk and protecting its customers, let alone their employees."

"I ordered the Cali Club Sandwich and wavy fries, but I was really disappointed. The sandwich tasted very old and was overly crispy, almost like it was burned. The fries also seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from this Denny's again. I still ate the food because I was hungry and everything else was closed. "We decided to go here because IHOP was packed with people during brunch/lunch hour. They were clearing tables as we got in so the wait was 5 minutes tops. Our server was friendly and provided us with everything we needed/requested. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because needed to ask for napkins, they weren't provided when we sat or when our food came out and because the decaf coffee was cold. Other than that, I was very happy with out service. Pictured is the Santa Fe skillet along with a coffee and water I ordered and the Denver omelet that comes with 2 pancakes."

"I arrived at the restaurant only to be informed that all reservations had been canceled. Despite waiting for an hour and a half, the manager was unable to accommodate us. When questioning the purpose of online reservations, we were continuously told that there was no availability and that we would have to wait. I left my phone number in hopes of being contacted once a table became available, but unfortunately, no call was ever received. Overall, a frustrating and nonsensical experience."

"My husband and I enjoyed everything about Marsh Landings the food was amazing. We started out with the fried pickle spears. I had the gator tail meal with fried okra and French fries. My husband had the shrimp and grits. (I will get that next time sooo good) Both meals were amazing. Service was amazing our server was awesome she definitely loved her job and the hostess had a bubbly fun personality we will definitely be back!"
