"This review mainly focuses on the service. I must say, the food is quite good, although there are a few frozen items, such as the bags of frozen fries, that could use an upgrade. However, the service is outstanding! The manager, Nick, and his team were incredibly accommodating, making adjustments to our order when their machine temporarily malfunctioned, necessitating a replacement with something else. In the end, Nick went above and beyond to ensure we received excellent service, even offering us complimentary items that he didn’t have to provide. This level of service is something that many other establishments seem to lack. To those in upper management who may read this, I want to highlight how well Nick takes care of YOUR customers.
